The view outside the window is beautiful and peaceful. There is a 24-hour front desk, and you can ask for more towels and toiletries if you run out. The shower room in the bathroom is too small, making it difficult to turn around. The room lighting is too dim. The soundproofing is poor, and footsteps from upstairs can be heard clearly.

Close to kings cross station,very convenient. The room is tidy and clean, enough space for one or two people. I like there's an open kitchen and with oven, refrigerator , tableware. Outside the window there is tennis court.

Very convenient for an early Eurostar; small but comfortable, quiet room and friendly staff at reception.

Nice location. Major transport hub in London city.The hotel have no lift so carry the luggage is not easy.

there were sufficient kitchen utensils, clean & tidy! however the building has no lift, which is a bit inconvenient to the travellers with luggage.

We were in a top floor room which meant a lot of stairs, the last flight was really narrow. The room was small but clean. The apartment was on a nice quiet cul de sac about 10 mins walk from the train station.

I recently stayed at this UK hotel, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The room was clean and functional, featuring basic cooking facilities including a stove and essential utensils—perfect for preparing simple meals. The best part was the location—extremely close to a major train station, making my trip to France incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. For a budget-friendly stay with good amenities and excellent transport links, I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return!

Good location to use Kings Cross Station. It is located in the city but very quiet apartment.

Mattress was old and decrepit, we slept next to fridge and the noise periodically woke me up . My wife had back ache the next day as the bed was so bad

Great value place to stay. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment had everything we needed for a few days stay in London, for the price we paid it was excellent. The room was small but they made good use of the space to fit a mini kitchen in, and it was very well equipped - fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster etc. so we could cook proper meals. Location was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed it here - and I will stay here again with the opportunity. Small studio, with comfy bed, kitchen facilities and own bathroom - with laundry facilities and 24 hour reception. A stone's through from St Pancras/King Cross Stations and walkable to St Pauls in 30 mins. British Museum down the Road! Highly recommend

The main point for me was the kitchenette and good supply of hot water in the shower. I've stayed here a total of 8 or 9 days over 2 weeks as it's convenient for my workplace up in Camden. Both times staying on the ground floor where the tube noise is still very audible, can't imagine what the basement is like, but after a while you I tended to tune it out and not notice it. Even on turning in for the night. The receptionists are very accommodating and willing to help at any opportunity

Excellent location. Extremely friendly staff Bed was comfortable. Complementary laundry. You need to bring your own or buy detergent. Bathroom is tiny. Has a garden outside. Doors to balcony did not open. Very close to pubs, restaurants, and public transit. Would book again.

The hotel’s location is excellent, offering easy access to all types of public transportation. It’s situated in a safe and peaceful area, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, but the cleanliness left room for improvement. Unfortunately, the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned, and I noticed some hair on the bed. Despite these issues, my overall experience was positive. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place could be outstanding.
