I suppose for London this B&B (it's not a hotel) is ok for the price. It's 10 minutes walk from Hammersmith tube station. The bedroom and bathroom are tiny but at least they're clean. However, the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours too easily. The room is also stuffy and if you open the window to get some air the busy road outside makes sleeping impossible. the receptionists I spoke with varied in attitude and helpfulness from pleasant to rude but the kitchen staff were always helpful and polite. The breakfast was a big disappointment and so limited. Even the tea and coffee was the cheapest they could possibly get away with. They didn't even have any brown bread until I insisted they needed to provide at least that choice. Otherwise, it was cornflakes and beans on toast! I wouldn't stay in any of these Saba "hotels". For a few quid more I'm sure you can get better value.

This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed. AVOID THIS DUMP. It is overpriced for what it is and the breakfast is nothing but a cheap yoghurt or cheap eggs. The bathrooms are the smallest shower and the toilet was disgusting. You can’t walk on the carpets in the room as they are so filthy. Stay in an airbnb in London as you will have a much better experience. This owner is a rip off merchant and not a good man. The stuff I left there (due to unforeseen circumstances) was thrown outside and ruined.

The mattress smelled of urine and was stained, Not very hygienic and not worth the money we paid to stay here, don't worry l, we won't be back.. The breakfast was an absolute joke We will never come back

Good location and the price was competitive. Staff are friendly, and the breakfast is nice. The room is clean and ok for a short stay. It was a bit hot in there, and the extractor fan was not working. However, all minor issues and we would stay again. It is a bit noisy in placed on ground floor, and I would have liked a quieter room.

Lovely small hotel. We had a triple room with en suite. We had a tv, fridge and kettle etc. it was clean and was more than acceptable. The shower room, toilet and wash basin was small but it all worked and seemed new and clean. I can’t fault it considering it is within easy reach of shops, restaurants, cafes and tube stations. I’d highly recommend this place for a short stay in London.

this hotel is GARBAGE!!! stay away from here, this hotel does not have a web page, they dont have an email you can communicate, dont have any type of social media. i made a reservation for this hotel in april 2022 to stay there in june of that same year, for major issues (2 people from my group got denied the visa to travel to london) i had to cancel the reservation, i cancelled on april 29, this hotel denied to give the money back knowing that i was not going to stay there. i have to pay $436.00 dollars for a hotel i did not stay at, this to me is crazy!

I must say the staff was pleasant at the front desk and "tried" to be accommodating with requests. That being said, it took 2 days to get a fan in a room on the top floor of the building we stayed in down the street. We called this the stairmaster suite (with 2 50lb suitcases this was no fun to get to and no assistance was given) We couldn't close the window as it was blistering hot when we got there. Being on the top floor we became intimately acquainted with the smells from the exhaust vent which exited into the air just below our window. Breakfast was not horrible either but . I don't think I could recommend this location in good conscience. If you would like to stay here regardless, more power to you.

Not much to say other than never again. Noisey not that clean and lack of sleep made us grouchy. Very basic but price reflects that. Breakfast adequate but nothing special. Worth paying extra for better nights sleep.

Zeer gehorig. Hadden benedenverdieping. Kamer met drie losse bedden. Tv aanwezig. Deze werkte echter niet. Kabel was stuk. Ook niet aangesloten. Kamer boven ons leek wel te verbouwen. Krakende houten vloer boven je hoofd de hele tijd is 's avonds en heel vroeg in de morgen geen pretje. Je kon alles horen. Voordeur van gebouw heeft dranger waardoor deze dichtgaat met een klap. Hele gebouw is dan wakker. Kortom zeer gehorig. Kamer was schoon. Rook zeer sterk naar chloor bij binnenkomst. Ontbijt is prima. Wat cornflakes yoghurt en ei, bonen met toast op bestelling. Voor ons geen aanrader.
