This hotel was exactly what I needed. Great location, fantastic facilities and welcoming staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing visit for my Girlfriends Birthday. The team really went to town organising an amazing room with balloons and cholocates. The check in team were soo friendly and even let us leave our bags early before we checked in to allow us to go out for lunch. Absolutely incredible stay, I can’t wait to book my next visit. The spa facilities were amazing the the swimming pool was very clean and fresh towels provided. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you soo much, you made our stay very special.

Amazing stay. We came to Tina turner for our 14th anniversary and we was greeted to a lovely anniversary dessert with wine and chocolates, and a lovely card from the hotel, it’s the little touches that make a perfect stay! Will be back again

Hotel was great. From the moment you walk in it is clean comfortable and has a beautiful smell throughout. The rooms are spacious and the black out blinds cut out every bit of light for a perfect sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful especially so at the restaurant / bar. They have great deals (5 x peroni for £20) and the food for dinner is very nice. Breakfast was also varied and tasty. The gym is small but has everything for a good workout. Best thing about the hotel in my opinion was the spa / pool. Very relaxing to be able to lounge by the pool after using the sauna (which was a great temperature) and you are provided a robe and slippers to make it even more comfortable. The white company shower gels / shampoo and moisturiser are all very nice. Only negative is I think they have been watered down a bit. Overall great!

Barring the Lift which delays a lot and the breakfast which has been exactly the same menu for the last 5 days of stay, everything else is excellent. The Hotel location is superb, the king room executive was class apart. Looking forward to visiting again. However they need to do something on the lift and breakfast variety ( Incl Vegetarians). Well done Leonardo Hotel and Team.

Enjoyable stay. Room was spacious and clean. Spa was lovely. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Few minute walk from Tower Hill underground. Would definitely stay again!

First of all location is really good and good value for that location, hotel is nice and clean staff was very friendly especially bar staff and breakfast.

great location. staff lovely. really clean. only thing i would grumble about is £6 for room service each time you order. other than that would stay again. & food was lovely ( pizza)

Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location . Pleasant , helpful staff . Very good breakfast with gluten free diet well catered for . I would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel pool and spa also gym

The facilities are complete in the room and the night scene is so beautiful out of the window. It is bit distant from the Central Line Subway Station.

Had the most amazing stay. The staff were super kind and thoughtful. The hotel smelt incredible and had a really nice atmosphere. I wasn’t expecting the birthday treats. They were very much appreciated. The orangery was beautiful and we loved how the place was decorated. Great view from the room and great facilities.
