The Z Hotel Soho

Amazing location! Wow, this is what you pay for. Right in the middle of everything! The service team was exceptional! It was my first time in the UK and they went above and beyond to help me navigate. So kind and friendly! The room was extremely tiny. My luggage had to stay in the shower as it’s so tiny in there. No window. Heat and hot water worked very well. Bed was comfortable! Cleaning service did well! The breakfast buffet is not really much of anything if that is how you start your day. Only a few options, more like a snack. Overall I give it a thumbs up, the high rates are for the prime location. Thank you all!

The location of the hotel is very good but the room size is terribly small.

When I went there the room that I booked was ok but the air con was not working and all the remap rooms were full. Of it was winter than that room would have been ok but we went there in the middle of the summer and it was too hot. Being in that room was like sitting in the sauna 🥵. Me and my man were so sad and we didn’t wanted to come back to the room after the walk outside. But the night shift staff and manager was so great. We were really thankful to them, specially to the night manager he understood our condition and arranged a room with the air conditioning. We had a great sleep and experience. It’s in the center and it’s really a great experience and I will recommend my friend too.

Good hotel

First time staying in London and the location is brilliant. Cozy, clean and quiet rooms with really nice facilities, just what you need. We didn’t get chance to try the cafe but the food looked good. Very thoughtful of them to gift us with a birthday surprise! It meant alot to us. Thank you!

10 star for me! I came to London for my first solo trip and I loved everything bout the hotel! I was there for a week, It was clean, the location was perfect, the food was good, the staff was amazing!! I want to say thank u to Priya, Hema, Assan, Lithiya, Manoj, and Faizal for being so nice throughout my whole time, they helped me so much when my phone got stolen, they were so kind, caring and helpful, and it made this trip so much better and easier ❤️ thank you again I appreciate y’all

I had a very pleasant stay at Z Hotel Soho. Of course, it's needless to say that the room was VERY small, but it was expected so I don't consider it as something negative (but you have to be mindful of that before booking, especially if coming with big luggage or in a couple). The room was clean and I didn't listen to any noise when sleeping. The location is the biggest advantage, right in the heart of Soho and near all the theaters. I didn't have much contact with the reception, but Richa was very friendly and remarkable.

You cannot beat the location! Theatres steps away, bar and restaurants with a variety of choices, and historical sites within walking distance. The hotel staff were amazing and very friendly! The room itself was just ok. The bed is in a nook, so one of us had to crawl across if you needed to get up. The wet area/bathroom held the water from the shower, which flows through the door. We were on the fourth story, and the Friday night crowd was late and loud. However, with the windows closed, could barely hear. Recommend with note about the bed position in mind.

Absolute jobsworth inflexibility. Requested to cancel due to a conference postponement. Refused any refund whatsoever citing "policy". Treat your guests as guests and they will return and recommend you to others. Treat your guests like the enemy to be bullied and expect the same response. On average a disatisfied customer will tell 13 others of the bad expereince. Such short term thinking by a service provider, didn't even offer to say pick a differnt date, nada nothing. Avoid would be my advice - there are better options in the area
