The Z Hotel Soho

The location of the hotel is very good but the room size is terribly small.

When I went there the room that I booked was ok but the air con was not working and all the remap rooms were full. Of it was winter than that room would have been ok but we went there in the middle of the summer and it was too hot. Being in that room was like sitting in the sauna 🥵. Me and my man were so sad and we didn’t wanted to come back to the room after the walk outside. But the night shift staff and manager was so great. We were really thankful to them, specially to the night manager he understood our condition and arranged a room with the air conditioning. We had a great sleep and experience. It’s in the center and it’s really a great experience and I will recommend my friend too.

After a very hot tube ride, we were so grateful to be greeted with such a welcoming atmosphere. Celso Junior really made our day by taking the time to find us a room to check into early and the bar staff were kind and efficient with a afternoon espresso pick me up. Room was spotless and every team member we ran into was kind and professional. Only reason not 5 stars was due to noise from outside. We stayed on a Saturday night and it will always be loud in London at night, but for future we'd opt for a room without windows.

Very well located right in the heart of theatre land and surrounded by great places to eat and drink, we were in London for an evening at Ronnie Scott’s which is just a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel is clean and comfortable and has a café and bar that is open all day. Reception is manned 24/7 and the staff were all exceptional during our stay. If you’re looking for a good value place to stay for a theatre trip then the Z Hotel Soho is it.

The location is the best in London, the the staff was friendly , the room was extremely small, but very clean, they don't change every day the towels unfortunately . the breakfast was ok , the value for money. outside of the hotel there are many cafe, bars and restaurants.

First time staying in London and the location is brilliant. Cozy, clean and quiet rooms with really nice facilities, just what you need. We didn’t get chance to try the cafe but the food looked good. Very thoughtful of them to gift us with a birthday surprise! It meant alot to us. Thank you!
