It was a good location & clean. Staff were very friendly. Only issue was because we stayed there for less than 7 days (we stayed for 6 weeks) they wouldn’t clean the room. It has an amazing gym & a good laundromat.

Helpful staff

We're a family of 4 with 2 young children and booked the studio. But when we arrived, we were told that the room had no electricity and so split us into 2 rooms instead. While the rooms were generally clean, most of the bath towels had brown patches or old blood stains on them which was quite gross. 1 room that we were assigned to also had a weird fishy smell at the stove area. The hotel is about 7 min walk from Aldgate East tube station and is located on quiet street. This is not a very pleasant area, and there were always shady characters around the tube station, which made us feel uncomfortable, so we tried not to stay out too late. Staff were friendly and accommodating but they appeared short staffed during check in / check out timings. Only 2 staff on duty, so there is a bit of a wait if you need their help at these times.

地理位置還算比較方便的，步行5-10分鐘可以到餐廳、超市以及地鐵。塔橋也步行可達，離得不遠。倫敦寸土寸金酒店面積都不算大所以選擇了性價比高的公寓，一張大床，然後沙發床鋪開後也還算寬敞但是衞生間實在是太小了。

房間稍小，但是設施和服務很好，有求必應，可以免費寄存行李。前台接待非常温暖，讓人舒心。房間乾淨衞生。

這個地方是新的，但是附近的位置不算太方便行去地鐵站大約8-10分鐘的步行距離 附近是白教堂站 和algate east附近有一兩間超市可以買東西煮 巴士路線不算多，但是正門口也有巴士 房間的空間可以所有的東西都齊備 床亦舒服整潔 由於早餐是沒有熱食，因此我沒有購買 整體上這個酒店新還有整潔 但唯獨是一個問題交通 相對需要走路 員工非常友善
