Used this as a base for attending gig at london O2 - great to have small kitchen the staff were very polite and efficient

The family room that we stayed was quite big and we can open 4 suitcases at the same time. The services of the hotel is quite good and they are nice. However, the area nearby is not quite safe at night time. So, better back to hotel not too late.

The apartment I stayed in was pristine. The modern take to the style of the apartment is most definitely attractive to those who are looking for a city living experience. The location was just outside central London ( 15 min via tube to the city) with a tube station 10 minutes away from the apartment. The service was great as staff where friendly and helpful. The surround in area to the location was thriving with restaurants and bars with corner shops; continently placed near by. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a modern apartment at affordable rates. Perfect for couples and solo trips.

整體房間設施都很滿意，裏面的床單被套也很乾凈。進出門都有刷卡，24小時還有門衞看守。他説唯一的缺點就是晚上的時候，外面的那條街道，感覺有點不安全

La estancia ha estado bien,buen servicio ,nos quedamos con ganas de más.

除了隔音不太好，全部都很好。服務、安全措施及衛生非常好，交通十分方便。還批准了我們提早check in，方便我們！
