Excellent location and expected excellent premier inn experience. Access is via steps so contact them for assistance on arrival if you have heavy bags. Staff very willing to help. Menu a little tedious as no variation possible but plenty of eateries around. Great access to transport via Waterloo and Westminster stations. Both have lifts to assist if you have heavy luggage.

Hotel was perfectly located but room was definitely mid-sold. Premier Plus room with a view (for which you pay extra. That view was on to a side street through a window approx 60cm wide, opposite the door and at the other end of the “living area”. Staff on check in were very helpful and agreed view wasn’t “great” as advertised. I was advised to speak to staff in the morning- and that’s where the stay got worse. I spoke with Francis who was rude, dismissive and completely disinterested. I’ve probably stayed in various Premier Inn’s in the past well in excess of 200 nights and have never been treated in such a disgusting fashion, her customer service was a disgrace. Overall, mis-sold and treated like dirt - what’s not to like for over £200 a night! On this occasion way off what I’d expect from Premier Inn.
