Premier Inn London Southwark (Bankside)

Nice location - roughly a 5-10 min walk from borough high street, plus there’s restaurants and pubs nearby. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and hardworking. The room was very spacious, tidy and I had the best nights sleep. Breakfast was decent . I would definitely come back

We've stayed her before due to it's great location. It's a Premier Inn so you know what you're getting. Luxury it isn't but clean and comfortable it is. The rooms are a decent size, have all the basics you need and the beds are excellent....,....

Clean and friendly as usual, but the entrance to this hotel remains one of the scruffiest and dingiest back-allies in London. It feels like wandering into an old garage or junk yard, stumbling over the cobbles and surrounded by wheelie bins. I had to wait ten minutes just for someone to turn up and check me in after I rang the reception bell. I think she was the only staff member on duty. January is off-season, I suppose, but I'm still a paying guest, so I expect service. What I got instead was a huge construction site right next door where deafening loud building work began at 6.30am every morning!! It was impossible to hear myself think. No point complaining about it - there was nowhere in the building to escape from it, and it wasn't the fault of the staff. The nice, helpful staff here really deserve a better company to work for.

Me and My friend stayed in the hotel for couple of days and I've to say it was the best stay with you! no.1 customer service, room was clean and the breakfast pleasant and friendly stuff but it seemed shy. All together was a good stay with you! Thank you:))))

Fantastic location and the staff were excellent could not do enough for us Food was great I even left a personal item in the room on checkout and only realised when I returned home the staff could my item and sent it to my home address thank you so much would stay here again in a heartbeat when visiting London a big thank you to all staff at this hotel

Great location, 1 min from the Thames, loads of eating places near by or supermarkets if you want to buy food to eat in your room and save a bit of money one night! Staff friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast room small but run smoothly. Good breakfast choices even on days when some foods were hard to get hold of, (we stayed between Christmas and New Year) chef available and cooking egg orders to perfection. Have stayed before and will stay again.
