On the Saturday morning someone started hoovering in the room above. Thanks for the wake up call after I'd long hauled back from Asia the day before and checked in to go to the silent disco at the Natural history museum. On check out, I said to the man on reception that this happened and how I wasn't massively pleased. He apologised profusely and said they would refund me. not the answerI expected but Im also not going to say no, having been woken up after 4.5 hours sleep. He told me to email the address he gave me, and that they would marry up with the feedback given at branch and branch would sort it out. So I did just that, and got an email back saying because I hadn't gone downstairs to reception when it happened to tell them that they hoped them saying sorry would restore our faith in Premier Inn. When I emailed back, I got an email to say that I was lying about what they'd said at branch. I really don't appreciate being called a liar. If they'd spoken to someone at branch and they'd come back and said, do you know what, we're really sorry, they shouldn't have promised you a refund, I'd have been less than impressed, but now, I am every inch NOT an ambassador for your brand,
