Radisson Blu Hotel, London South Kensington (formerly Vanderbilt) recensioner

Had issues with the room I was initially placed in due to a noisy air con system however staff were helpful in promptly moving me to a different room. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay and the location was perfect. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make it the most comfortable stay possible. Thank you, will be back.

Hotel is quite old and seems to be starting to run down. The hotel had to perform an essential electrical panel change starting at 10am but didn’t advise the guests until after 11am. They weren’t sure how long it would take. As a visitor to London we were fine with that. So in the am they provided some portable lighting so we could shower etc. when we came back to the hotel in the evening, inserted the key card and opened a light and poof our light went out. The duty manager who said he would come back to us, couldn’t find the portable lighting, and after 45 minutes went to the lobby to see what was happening. They finally decided to offer us another room to sleep in for the night. Anyways, the following day I happened to see the hotel manager by chance in the restaurant and after a chat they offered to credit one night stay which we appreciated. Love the location.

No more than average. Avoid booking the single room which is extremely small, very difficult to open my suitcase. Airless hallway always smells bad and very narrow to move. Breakfast is just OK, that front lady there is very nice I liked her. Finally I was declined by the restaurant as I didn't book, so I walked to Bailey's hotel to have my dinner which was awesome there. I would not recommend this hotel to be honest.

We were initially put in a room that looked nothing like the one we booked. We were moved after requesting an alternative, but when we walked in it hadn’t been cleaned - there were crumbs on the seat and dresser, skid marks in the toilet, towels all over the floor, and the bedding was dirty. This was dealt with promptly and we were given complimentary breakfasts as an apology, however we were understandably somewhat disgruntled and expected a better standard when staying at a Radisson. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good but the rooms are outdated and given the experience we won’t be rushing back.

酒店就在自然博物館旁邊，酒店老建築改建的，房間真的不大，但是設施還不比較全，有個簡易健身房，簡單英式早餐

這家酒店，給人感覺不太好。不知道是否在倫敦的原因，房間很小。另外，這家酒店，應該是以前的民居改的，內部通道，拐來拐去。電梯超過兩人，就感覺很擁擠。最討厭的是，衞生搞得非常敷衍。當然，價格相對還是低一些。另外，離哈羅德不算遠，出門買點小東西，也很方便。最讓我驚喜的是，無意中在離酒店800米的距離，發現一個上海小餐館，做得挺好吃的

在一條快速路旁邊，會有點吵，其他的都還行。By the side of a highspeed road，a little noisy，otherthing is OK .

房間比較乾淨！床墊很軟，也挺彈的！就是房間太小了，也是錢花的少1900元人民幣一個房間而已。地理位置不錯，走5分鐘可以到地鐵站，地鐵站邊上有巨多餐廳，有個黎巴嫩還不錯的餐廳。購物也挺方便的，有超市在地鐵邊上。離帝國理工也挺近的，走路10分鐘就到了。

酒店位置交通方便，服務也不錯，早餐豐富。

整潔， 服務，地點也不錯。 地鐵上來就過馬路轉個彎就到。就是房間設施都是很舊的，雖然努力維持整潔。 如果裝修過就好。附上相片裝修過比較新的大堂。

酒店位於一區，位置非常好，出行相當便捷，工作人員也很友好。但除此之外，優點不多。空間太狹窄，包括走道和房間。走廊寬度逼仄，又有很多扇防火門，加上暗沉的色調，走那長長的曲折的走廊真不太舒服；我因為一人出行，訂的是高級單人間，雖説倫敦寸土寸金，但房間面積還是太窘迫了。我住酒店東西會收拾得很整齊，如果習慣什麼都攤開，那體驗就更糟了。總體來説，不做特別推薦。但位置是真不錯，旅行住的話很方便，也很安全。
