Overcharging hotel with little care towards guests. We will not be back. There are less costly much better options in the Long Beach area. The management at this hotel is the worst I have ever encountered at a Best Western property. There is no way we will ever be back.

Right from the very beginning as we checked in we were assured of a great stay. And BW delivered! The room was clean with a great bathroom layout. The toilet was tall ADA HEIGHT Thank you! The bed though somewhat firm yielded good rest with pillows that were actually quit good. We generally bring our own but not needed here. The motel is positioned in the heart of town. No need to drive to the downtown sites. Your already there, so parking is assured. The breakfast was better than most. Served from 6am till 10am The staff were all great very friendly as well as patient.

The hotel is an older property, but well maintained. The front desk staff (Amber) and breakfast host (Lorraine) were friendly, cheerful, and very welcoming. Lorraine is an amazing ambassador for your hotel. When I received my emailed receipt, I noticed a discrepancy and called the hotel. I was treated with respect and the matter was resolved quickly and pleasantly. I look forward to an opportunity to visit again in the near future.

Centrally located to stores and restaurants. Hotel clean and staff always friendly and quick to help. Free breakfast always a plus. Nice place to just get away or good place to stop when going from here to there. Close to the beach and museums.

Good stay at the BW Long Beach, rooms super clean, rooms were updated (hallways definitely dated). Pretty good breakfast - lots to choose from and even some options for vegetarians - almond milk available. Free parking, great location. Less then 10 minute walk to main beach, boardwalk, etc. lots of restaurants nearby

Clean property, friendly staff, but was very dissatisfied with the air conditioner which barely kept the room cool. The breakfast also should have had a non-dairy egg option. Luckily the temperature outside was not very hot, otherwise the room would have been very uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean, updated. Location was great and price was ok. It didn't have a hot tube, though. It included breakfast and the lady was made it was very friendly. The staff in general was really nice, they answered all my questions. I would stay there again.

Nicely appointed rooms with everything in working order; Hotel is older, but clean and well maintained. Adequate, safe parking in front of the hotel. Would like to see a Safe in the room and more vegetarian-friendly hot eggs & vegetarian sausage served daily if possible. Very pleasant staff that were helpful and warm.

Little trip to Oregon Coast and we stayed here before heading home. Location is perfect. Walking distance to great food and the shopping. Access to the beach was 100 yards away and even though we were right off the main drag, the hotel was quiet. Easy access to the Cape Disappointment State Park and it's two light houses. Very good stay.
