We had a great stay in a very nice room with an outdoor bathroom. The pool and the entire complex are clean. The selection of food and drinks is also great. During our stay in January there were only a few guests, so we had the complex almost to ourselves.

I just had a terrible experience here. The swimming pool was fixed until the end of April without notice. The rooms were broken in every way, the air conditioner was broken and it took forever to fix it, the bed was crawling with ants, the room key was broken, the bathtub wouldn't drain, the breakfast was poor. Then when it was time to check out, the staff even reported to our group for no reason that they had taken some damn lamp or something. Who would take that flashlight for? I argued and got so mad, when I went in there was no lamp. When I left they demanded a lamp!!! Never come back, too shabby, I've never seen a 4 star resort do business like this!!!

Great service and good food..The gardens are beautiful and the hotel facilities are ideal for small children.huge swimming pool and lifeguards.the restaurant is right overlooking the beach.

We just loved this charming resort. The grounds are beautiful, the room was a pleasure to spend time in - clean, open, well-designed, and clearly recently renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. We loved the resort restaurant, both the setting and the food, and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Great pool, nice beach area (though we never really took advantage)...honestly, it's hard to find any fault with this resort. Perhaps the only negative is that the town it is located in has nothing going on for nightlife, etc - just a few rows of local restaurants which were (in our opinion) hardly worth walking to (although one COULD walk to them easily if desired). But that was no issue, as we spent our entire week in the resort just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. We'll be back again!

Hồ bơi có những viên gạch bị bể gây nguy hiểm cho trẻ em. Nên đã đóng cửa tạm thời hồ bơi hơn 10 tiếng đồng hồ và chưa có biện pháp xử lý rất nhiều viên gạch bị bể trong hồ bơi. Phòng tôi ở bị mất điện 2 lần mỗi lần đầu 10’ và lần thứ 2 lúc 22h là tầm hơn 20’. Wifi rất kém và không truy cập được. Hình ảnh phòng bị mất điện vào ban đêm.

Resort với không gian rộng thoáng nhiều cây xanh, các villa xen kẽ nhau khá hài hoà ẩn mình vào không gian xanh, bữa sáng buffet với món ăn tạm đủ dùng nhưng chưa đa dạng. Các phòng ở tuy đã rất cố gắng phun thuốc côn trùng nhưng vẫn khá nhiều kiến và vẫn có muỗi. Tuy nhiên bù lại nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình, hướng dẫn khách rất tận tâm và nhanh chóng, giá đặt phòng phù hợp với chất lượng mang lại. Một nơi mà bạn nên đến!.

Khuôn viên khách sạn rộng và thoáng, phòng ốc rộng rãi phù hợp cho gia đình nghỉ dưỡng. Nhân viên nhiệt tình vui vẻ.
