I stayed for a single night at this Travelodge and experienced nothing out of the ordinary, all good, all as expected or better. The staff were superb though - they helped with a stupid error I made with my booking, they helped with my mobile phone which had developed a problem and they made great recommendations for eating out in the local area. They made a potential nightmare into 18 hours of smooth enjoyment. Thanks to them.

great place to stop and quiet even if it is a motorway services. lots of places to get fed in the mall. good price as well. easy connection to nottingham and surrounding areas

Modernised rooms that are always clean, friendly and helpful staff. Location is great for EM airport/Nottingham/M1/M42/A453/etc. I have stayed here several times and never had any issues, there are several shops in the Moto centre for food/etc, I would recommend Travelodge EM Airport at Donnington.

Booked this for a brief overnight in between flights at East Midlands Airport; very inexpensive room met our needs to get a good night sleep.

Stayed 2 nights for family party. Good location. Was pleasantly surprised how fresh and clean the hotel was. Asked for extra towels and the staff were lovely, had a good natter with them. We would definitely recommend if you around this area.

Another great stay , I have found s diamond here when I'm working away again another great stay, The hotel looks so amazing after the refit, The team as always were so friendly and the manager so cares about the hotel you can tell , she even booked a restaurant for me and a taxi now that's service thank-you again see you in August

No sound proofing between rooms, so you hear everything that's happening. But worse is that the windows don't open at all, so you cannot get fresh air in the room. It's stuffy regardless of the (terrible) aircon settings. The window looks out into a VERY bright service station and the curtains do not block the light.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was cleaned to a high standard and was very comfortable. Extremely handy for the airport.

Rooms actually overlooked inside of Service station so bright light from window and no opening window. Very close to airport so quite noisy. Friendly staff at reception.
