The Basic Free Wifi was so slow, I couldn't work with my company portal when I was staying

Advice given re T5 buses was incorrect, information seems out of date. Phone signal poor, getting Internet no easy. 1 towel for double bed, likely 2 people, a bit mean. Food and drink fine.

Great airport hotel, with good bus links to the terminals beginning early in the morning. Rooms are clean, and great for a couple of nights.

Is a great location and friendly staff. Rooms are clean but very basic for the price. I had dented and scratched doors in my room and the ceiling light didn't work properly. Great location. But won't say there again

We stayed for only one night since our flight was cancelled but it really was a good choice. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is great.

For those who need to go to Terminal 5, it's a pretty good choice for an overnight layover. Apart from the hotel restaurant, there's also a McDonald's nearby, and within walking distance, you can find delicious Turkish kebab. Just remember to pay attention to the bus schedule and the location of the bus stop for the next day to the airport. (We and other strangers who were also going to the airport originally waited for the bus across the hotel, but it didn't stop and drove away. We had to quickly check the information and walk to the bus shelter at the other end of the hotel.) In any case, I wish all travelers good luck.

酒店房間不錯，面積不小，T5下飛機到達出口出去後一直筆直往前走，就看到巴士站，坐423坐兩站，下車就是酒店，酒店隔壁有一家麥當勞和一個加油站。

給了我和朋友較大的房間，看上去可能是殘疾人房間。乾淨整潔，距離希斯羅T5航站樓很近，有專門到機場的接駁車，也有其他巴士。周圍能買食物的地方較少，不過走3-5分鐘有一個麥當勞。

ツインルームに宿泊しました。スーツケースを広げる余裕のある広さで過ごしやすかったです。ターミナル5からはバスまたはタクシー移動になる点に注意が必要です。
