Food seemed fine and prices were reasonable but the staff were rude and parking difficult. Not impressed. A shame really as it’s a nice building and good menu. It has even got electric car charging facilities. But not going to be going again.

I had my wedding reception at the Farmers Boy Inn and I want to say it was an amazing day. They did everything that we wanted. The most amazing food in the UK, all staff are amazing and definitely, I will recommend this place for everyone who wants good food, drinks and a great atmosphere.

Slightly conflicted - the accommodation was ok, but not quite as good as hoped (or priced), but the food and staff were absolutely excellent! The choice and quality of food was not only amazing, but the chef and other staff could not have been more helpful and attentive (particularly re certain dietary issues). Thanks to them we enjoyed a great 3 night stay and group birthday meal. Much appreciated.

What a little gem! Amazing food especially for coeliac / dairy intolerant guests. Very knowledgeable staff who guided me the menu. Slight delay ordering dessert due to busyness, googled menu instead & ordered at the bar. Cannot wait for a return visit.

First off driving to The Farmers boy inn, the area is stunning ,mist off the hills etc great for photographers, on arrival staff was amazing, went for food OMG was perfect 👌 as was the breakfast my only quibble mattresses I think need updated

Waited nearly two hours for food, left because of hunger. Kept saying food would be here soon but it wasn't. Other tables served before us even though they arrived later. Disorganised and absent customer service. Royally unimpressed. Wouldn't come again.

Pietastic! I love the pies at the Farmers Boy Inn and it always makes for a good date night with my wife! The Chicken leek and mushroom pie is my favourite go to. My wife loves the scampi and chips. Nice cosy atmosphere in a proper country pub, open fire and a friendly team. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately chef had an accident but staff still tried to do the cooking big mistake when you haven’t got a clue, only 4 tables in two already served, but after an hours waiting still hadn’t had ours. Has this place changed hands it was good at one time but this will be our last visit

Where have you been all my life, staying in holiday cottage not far away, book for guests to add places to go and see or eat and drink, Farmers boy inn came written in inch high capital letters as highly recommended other guests had added comments to all positive, so we went, well we had the best Sunday dinner, it was plentiful, cooked to perfection, more gravy if you need it, lovely and hot and the lemon meringue pie was to die for, staff really friendly, wonderful atmosphere, lovely and clean, we may live in south Wales, but we will be back, an hours drive, so once a month church and then a trip to the farmers boy inn, maybe an overnight stay or two, thankyou for making our day xx
