Family getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

I had a wonderful experience! The location is excellent, the staff are accommodating, and the facilities are new, clean, and well-maintained. I definitely plan to return in the future!

The kids are happy while staying there. But there is nothing nearby to visit😂

The room is quite big, bed is big and very comfortable, television is good with all the channels, got a balcony with private spa. Front desk is very good and friendly, restaurant is surprisingly good , but breakfast was not great, can make it better with hot fried eggs and more fruit choices. Hot spring area is good, but if they have shelter even better and if there’s someone to serve the hot drinks will be perfect 😊

Room is spacious. The facilities are good. Hot spring May not be good quality.

Nice environment and setting. The rooftop pool view is relaxing. Quiet and peaceful.

設施齊全，乾淨整潔，酒店有個露營地很適合遛娃，小童泳池是恆温的，非常不錯的，小孩子玩的很開心，説下次還要再來這裏，管家小姐姐服務也很好，熱情接待，贈送歡迎水果，主動提供小童用品，房間大，衞生也很乾凈，周邊吃飯也很方便，有機會再來

第3次入住了，很不錯，服務還是一如既往的好，環境自然，温泉池挺多，各有各的特色，泡完皮滑滑的，位置很好找，跟着導航去的，非常喜歡這裏，周邊環境特別好，空氣清新，推薦給親朋好友了，一家人都住的很開心。

入住酒店房間乾淨衞生，房間大，大堂有股淡淡的味道，比較新，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，公區温泉，小童水上樂園，泳池池，熱炕等，免費停車，前台服務好，熱情接待，早餐出品也不錯的，南崑山周邊環境空氣都很好，入住滿意。

選了幾天的酒店，果然沒失望，衞生非常乾淨，整個環境很温馨，周邊吃的還挺多的，酒店餐廳也不錯，還有提供晾衣架，一大早看到阿姨在樓下公區清潔消毒泡池，這個必須點贊，主打乾淨衞生，管家服務態度很好很熱情，帶入住後贈送歡迎水果，退房還贈送了當地特產，下次還會來！

推薦。出來住就要關注衞生和舒適度，這家酒店就很不錯，衞生方面很乾凈，從廣州過來1個多小時，交通很方便，一下高速不用5分鐘就到酒店了，房間衞生空間大，公區有很多主題泡池，打卡不錯的，晚上空氣微涼，泡着温泉舒服，自助早餐也很不錯，餐廳和前台小姐姐服務熱情，值得推薦。

工作人員的服務態度很好，在走廊遇見都會主動打招呼！酒店不太大，尤其吃早餐的地方有點小，五一假期，很多人，體驗感稍微打點折扣！温泉池不大，但也夠，整體感覺不錯！退房時還送了龍門特產，很贊😎

定了兩個房間，不同名字預訂的，管家提前聯繫提前幫忙安排在一起，很貼心，前台，樓層，餐廳，温泉區的工作人員服務很好，都會主動打招呼，早上好，早餐品種豐富，我們晚餐也是在餐廳用品，出品也是經濟實惠
