It’s a beautiful place for enjoy holidays!!! Comfortable rooms with wide beds and pleasant scenery!

Our recent 3-day stay fell severely short of the luxury experience promised by a "5-star" designation. We encountered the following critical issues: 1. **Misleading Room Upgrade** Despite booking a Mountain View onsen room for tranquility, we were informed at check-in that our room had been "upgraded" without prior consultation. The replacement room (located two floors above ground level) overlooked a noisy public swimming pool and garden, directly adjacent to a barbecue restaurant. 2. **Unacceptable Thermal Conditions** On the first night, the room temperature plummeted to 16°C due to inoperative heating. Shockingly, staff stated heating would only activate if outdoor temperatures dropped to 6°C. The provided portable heater was insufficient for a 45m² space, forcing us to endure extreme discomfort. 3. **Disruptive Noise Pollution** During the second night, loud noises from communal facilities persisted until the 10 PM closing time, contradicting "serene retreat" environment.

Best place for a hot spring. Breakfast variety can be improved though, it’s been the same for many times

A few good details: the charging cable can be used directly; wifi can be directly connected in a large range; the private bubble pool was unforgettable. Every employee I saw was in good shape of course.

Location is inside a mountain, nice view. I drove to this hotel, so it's okay, but if you don't drive, better not to choose this hotel, because it's not convenient for you. My son and wife both enjoy staying in this hotel, stylish and new room setting and facilities. There are water park, swimming pool and spring area inside the hotel, you will be no regret to bring your children there to have an unforgettable memory. Will come again and hope they can maintain their good service in the future. Last but not least, if food quality in buffet dinner can be improved, it will be even better.

服務：管家靜怡和禮賓文浩服務很好，有問必答響應速度很快，很禮貌。服務為這兩天的週末行加分很多。幫忙升了房間，住的很滿意。 環境：酒店比較新，自助早餐和中餐廳都還可以。周邊環山空氣很清新。 設施：户外的温泉水質可以，葯相關的調的很香很精緻。但泡池並不算多，會更偏好半山的泡池。溶洞泡池體驗一般。但是綜合前面的住宿體驗來説還是值得一來。裝潢偏現代風，全屋有小度挺方便。比較適合家庭出行。是真温泉～ 衞生：非常滿意的一點，很乾凈床品舒適。 最後一句，温泉＋雨天yyds！

之前朋友團建推薦來的，酒店設施齊全，免費停車，拎包入住，房間衞生乾淨整潔，環境優雅，温馨舒適，前台服務態度很好，訂了園林房還有延時退房，套餐包含了温泉早晚餐還有遊船和電玩城遊戲幣，自助晚餐和早餐都很豐富，溶洞温泉和室外温泉都很不錯，真的是一站式吃喝玩樂的好地方，是一次身心放鬆的好旅程。

我預訂了山景雙床房套攴，去到酒店大堂，前台的嘉晉管家服務態度很好，幫我免費升級至尊湖景温泉雙床房，還幫我延時退房，早攴晚攴都升級為自助攴，還有遊船票，溶洞温泉同室外温泉體驗，感覺不錯，温泉區的衞生環境，非常好。早晚的自助餐品種多樣，非常豐富。酒店房間衞生乾淨，整潔，明亮，寬敞，陽台景觀不錯，房間陽台有私家温泉泡池，真的是食住遊玩的五星級好地方，來這裏遊玩，真的是身心放鬆的好地方。再次感謝嘉晉管家以及幕思温泉酒店提供的優質服務，

第二次入住這酒店， 很高興得到升級到湖景雙人房， 湖景特別漂亮， 令人心曠神怡曠神， 天氣特別涼， 溫泉是最佳活動， 特別溫泉的溫度， 適合大人及小朋友， 因為我比較鍾意40度以上， 而小朋友也照顧到有38以下的泡池、 所以這點是讚的！但是餐飲方面比較遜色、 早餐特別多人， 也沒什麼好吃， 普通麵條都不太好食， 食物水準一般以下， 食物種類， 看似很多， 但其實質素十分麻麻， 還要加錢食早餐， 實在不太值！ 酒店設施方面， 也照顧到年老及幼小， 早晨遊走田園 ， 大同外出的單車， 晚上可以小型放煙花🧨， 還看了文化遺產表演， 這次入住經驗還不錯！

第二次入住，前台服務很好，免費升級了房型，帶小孩入住，非常方便。酒店設施先進，小孩跟房間小度智慧屏互動很開心，温泉池多樣，小童恆温水上樂園非常適合小年齡小童。酒店工作人員遇到了都會熱情打招呼，入住體驗非常棒。

第一次體驗南崑山慕思嘉華温泉酒店。房間設施不錯、設備齊全智能，非常乾淨衞生。温泉非常有特色，每個池子都有不一樣的氛圍和功效，温泉偏硅酸氟泡了對皮膚很好推薦，但是最具特色的還得是溶洞工作人員的服務都很好，特別是管家婷婷的周到服務，總體各方面都很不錯，下次還會過來度假!
