是很有特色的帳篷房🏕️，房間內寬敞舒適，雖然是住帳篷，但裏面很乾凈，日常需要的設施幾乎都有。
酒店位於在一大片空草場中央，我們可以近距離觀察袋鼠還有鴯鶓🦘
酒店離city只有3km，離IGA超市和酒類商店也很近，十分方便
預訂了家庭套餐的BBQ，店家準備了很豐盛、新鮮的食材，和朋友一起喝着小酒燒烤🍖真的太快樂了。
tips：天氣太熱的時候不介意入住，雖然有空調但衹要有太陽🌞就會很熱。但太陽落下後，温度就很舒服了！

Longreach is an interesting destination but as the sun goes down, head to Mitchell Grass Retreat, jut a few km out of town. Tranquility, sunsets over the bush, kangaroos hopping along, grab the marshmallows (provided) and relax by our own fire pit. Tent is very spacious, has all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, very friendly owners / staff. Could have stayed longer.

My buddy and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mitchell Grass. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. What a treat to have very comfy beds, well appointed bathroom (in a Glamping tent!) real coffee, everything you need in the kitchen, an outdoor plunge pool and special touches like complementary port, handmade soaps, bathrobes…very impressive! We had to tear ourselves away from our accommodation to do the ‘touristy’ things! Thanks so much Tania and Dave

The luxury tents are so well appointed with all the amenities that you will need with bonus bath!! Fantastic soaking in the bath late afternoon with the blind up, watching the mob of kangaroos come right up to the tent. Breakfast is delivered every morning and there is a lot. Nights are cold and mornings are crisp and the reverse cycle air con helps with that. David and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Mitchell Grass Retreat was fabulous! Great tents and very well equipped for our family of 5. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast baskets. Nice and close to the main tourist attractions. David and Tanya very friendly and wonderful hosts.

This is a very special place- everything you could want and more besides. Cannot recommend highly enough. It is so comfortable and provides the best of everything you could ever need to feel one hundred percent relaxed and satisfied. Five out of five stars

Beautifully designed and styled high end glamping. The room and bathroom are so well laid out and furnished that you wouldn't think you were under canvas. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the touch of the outdoor corrugated iron bath. David and the team were extremely welcoming and friendly and made sure the fire was lit every night so that we could enjoy the sunset, port and marshmallows. The breakfasts were delicious and set us up for the day either exploring Longreach or just relaxing at the retreat having a swim. It is a beautiful relaxing, peaceful retreat for couples and families.

This place was booked for me, and I wasn’t super excited about coming here but now I don’t want to leave The tents are beautifully set up and furnished, attention to detail is great, chocolate and marshmallows in the fridge, port to drink, big comfy beds, a great shower. I can’t see what else would improve this stay The location is just out of town, so you get to take advantage of the dark sky sanctuary and see the stars in fully bloom but everything’s still only a few minutes away Loved it and if I ever make it back to this part of the world, I’m staying here again.

The whole glamping experience exceeded our expectations. Tanya and David have created an amazing and unique experience. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities in the tents were first class. The daily breakfast hampers were excellent. We would highly recommend this unique glamping experience in Longreach.
