Den har en vacker och unik plats i området. Du behöver bara gå 3 min, och du är mitt i risfälten. Så vackert. Rummen är som på bilderna, mycket traditionell stil. Det enda jag kan kritisera är att det är lite kallt inne på hotellet och att de måste kolla med gästen om de föredrar västerländska/kinesiska frukostalternativ, så att de kan välja och inte anta och bara förbereda det utifrån om de är kinesiska eller inte. Damen vid ingången var snäll och mycket hjälpsam.

We had an amazing stay, the view was spectacular and the staff were extremely hospitable. On our last day we had trouble getting to the neighbouring town (Dazhai) to sightsee, however the hotel staff were able to help us out, drove us there, and then even back to Guilin City to our next accommodation!
The hotel also serves food, so breakfast and dinner were no problem. The food was delicious and authentic, made with local ingredients.
We would definitely recommend to our friends and family to stay here on their next trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valley View! The staff is very warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was large and comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ping’an Village is about a 30-minute walk from Valley View, a walk that allows you to walk down steps amongst rice terraces. We enjoyed each meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner at Valley View. And the dogs are sweet and wonderful, too!

Very nice and picturesque room, good view on the valley. Staff very friendly and so kind, they helped us also with “shuttle” booking to the parking lot. They speak also a little e English. We also eat in the restaurant and food was delicious! The hotel is very near to one of the best viewpoint on the rice terrace. I would recommend to stay there !!

Very friendly family ran hotel. The greatest advantage is its location, which is only a few mins walk from one of the viewing platforms. The room are well maintained and clean. We booked the sunrise view room and the balcony looked like a painting. Logistically, you need to take the village tourist shuttle to get here from the Ping’an Village parking lot because it’s located within the protected area. You must let the ticket vendor know the name of your hotel so they drop you off at the right one (there are multiple hotels inside the protected area)
This hotel is also about a 30 min walk from another viewing platform, which I would recommend doing if you have the time, as the walk was mostly flat and the scenery along the way was very nice as well.
Breakfast is quite typical of the area and the dinner was also quite nice. Overall would stay here again!

The location is amazing, only few steps away from one of the best viewpoint! The restaurant is good even if the cuisine is a little bit more international! Paying something more we had also the chance to see them and prepare together the bamboo rice! The structure and the room are very nice, spacious and traditional! In order to get to the hotel, you need to catch the electric car (funny experience!). The only negative aspect is that during the night 2 cockroaches appeared…but we left the lights on and everything turned ok (they are scared of the light)!
