100 km northwest from Helsinki, Lake Keritty 40 m (lenght 5 km, width 1 km), shallow hard sand bottom, own boat.
Brick villa built in 1970, renovated 2005, kitchen, living room with convertible sofa, two bedrooms with double bed in each, toilet, vestibule, open terrace. Electric sauna and washing room. Fireplace, electric radiators and air source heat pump. Villa is located on east shore of the lake.
Lakeside sauna 2006 (35 m²): room with fireplace (with kitchenette and sofabed for 2), wood-heated sauna and shower, glazed terrace and toilet. Hot tube rental by agreement (booking and payment through the cottage owner).
Back yard cabin (25 m²): combined kitchen-living room with double bed, sofabed for 2, open terrace.
Grill shelter with gas grill. Kota with hut kitchen. Boathouse and woodshed.
Please notice that cottage is bookable maximum for 8 persons. Homey villa on spacious garden plot. Especially for family holidays. Buildings are single storey and the plot is flat without stairs. Peaceful and sunny courtyard. All buildings are used all year round. Sunbathing terrace with chairs and beach swing. Neighbors not visible. Distance to Ski Centre Alhovuori (in Lohja) and Karkkila 34 km.
3 tv sets: in living room and bedroom of the main building and in lakeside sauna. Wifi-internet connection.
For children: play house, trampoline with safety net, sandpit, football goal, 3 fisbeegolf baskets. 2 bicycles for children and 2 for adults, free use.
Fishing: lake's fish stocks is perch, pike, pike perch, vendace and burbot. Price includes permits for one fish trap and fishnets.
Owner rents out electric outboard motor and scooter.
