This home is modern and large plus a large balcony .It has a really nice feel. It’s just so warm and comfortable. There is a couch that you can just sit at watching tv or reading a book with the light peeking through the shutters. You can sit at the table with your computer, or cook with produce from a market nearby, even take a 5-10 minutes walk to city walk and have a blast over there. There are also many hiking trails near the area. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES This brand new Home is just so convenient and comes with the whole package. It has a kitchen including a fridge, stove, sink, and microwave. 3 queen beds and 1 queen sofa bed, a dresser, and a restroom with a shower. It includes two rooms with a balcony and a hallway in between. There is Alkaline water it’s the small drinking water faucet hot and cold. Healthy try it. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal. For security purposes, please be aware there are cameras in the common areas (right outside the doors of the units A & B as well as the bottom of the staircase) and outside the building for the protection of our property. There are absolutely NO cameras within the actual unit. ----------- We're thrilled to have you considering our property for your next stay! When making your reservation, we'd love to know a bit more about your group. If you wouldn't mind, please provide us with the following information when you book or message us: 1. How many guests will be staying with us and their approximate age range? Will there be any visitors stopping by during your stay? 2. The purpose of your visit – is this a relaxing vacation, a busy business trip, or something else entirely? 3. Confirmation that you've had a chance to read through our house rules. You can find these in the "House Rules" section at the bottom of the listing. ------------- House Rules: -Use an ashtray if you are smoking (smoking only allowed on balcony), if you do smoke in the house the alarms will go off. -NO drug usage permitted on the premises, including weed/pot. A $500 penalty will be charged by anyone who smokes in or near the property. -Do NOT throw toilet paper in the toilet, put it in the trash can, or the toilet will get clogged. -AUTO DOOR LOCK, the door with the keypad locks automatically in 30 seconds, please make sure that you close the door correctly, if it does lock before you close it, turn the knob to go back into place then close the door again so it closes correctly. -Please CLOSE your door when you arrive. -When you use towels or blankets please don’t put them back, please put it in the laundry basket. -Please keep the balcony door closed if your not using it, so flies or other insects stay out. -There are cameras in the common areas (right outside the doors of the units A & B as well as the bottom of the staircase) and outside the building for the protection of our property.
