Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel foton

Jag hade en 10 timmars mellanlandning på LAX och efter att ha läst recensionerna för Sheraton bestämde jag mig för att boka ett rum innan min nästa 15-timmarsflygning. Bästa beslutet! Tillbringade min tid med att koppla av i det rymliga, rena rummet. Jag gick till gymmet och satt till och med vid poolen! Jag kommer definitivt att boka när jag är i närheten av Los Angeles igen.

A quick stay for overnight transfer. Room was spacious and clean. There's nothing around though, hard to get food or water late night

Normally wouldn’t stay at this property due to 2 previous bad experiences in the past. Our preferred hotel was sold out so we booked to stay here. We would only return because of the welcome and outstanding service received from Cassandra at the front desk. She was genuinely keen assist us to arrange 3 rooms together and very accommodating. Hotel itself is very good with coffee making machine in room, fridge, and good tv channels. Shower pressure could be better. Housekeeping very noisy in the morning talking loudly in corridors and banging doors. A lot of airline crew stay here on their stopover so this shows quality. I would return only because service and welcome from Cassandra was exceptional. There are several airport hotels on Century Blvd you could choose from but because of her kindness, I will return. There are several eateries along Century Blvd and easy walk to airport. You can park at Joe’s parking next door in order to avoid the hefty parking charges at the Sheraton.

Big clean room. The pool seems to be very nice though I didn’t use it. Poor sound isolation as I could hear people talk in the corridor and flights take off.

The Sheraton Hotel is very nice, very close to the airport and there is a free shuttle bus from the airport. Facilities: fully equipped, with separate toilet, swimming pool and gym Hygiene: Good hygiene conditions and clean rooms Environment: The view is great, the scenery is very good Service: The service of the front desk lady is in place. If you have any questions, you can ask the front desk to solve them.

Great location. Shuttle bus is very convenient. Prefer to have a hair blower in the room.

I was first time visited ~ The hotel shuttle bus runs frequently, so it is convenient. There is a good In-N-Out Burger nearby. There is a convenience store in the hotel lobby where you can buy coffee and room service.

Based on my 2 nights experience, I can honestly say that this is my horrible first time experience in USA. First, I had a long 22 hrs flight to USA however I was assigned to the room that lower than my booking type in a 2 row. This was a trick of the hotel staff for expat traveller. This situation made me feel terrible since I need to go down 2 times to talk to get what I booked. Second, it’s about the valet parking fee charges. I was charges for 2 nights valet parking which I only used for 1 night. No any refund or contact from hotel director as what the hotel front desk said. Over charges 82.5$. In a conclusion, this is a rip-off and tricky hotel. Please avoid staying here. This is my real and honest review.

Location was great, shuttle service is fast and convenient!
