Such a beautiful location to hang out above the hubub of Two Harbors and a lovely old house that has been excellently refurbished. You have a view of both harbours. There are quiet hours because there’s not a lot of soundproofing but we were there with many respectful guests and got a great night sleep on the excellent bed. The staff is so friendly and we love the continental breakfast European style with hard boiled eggs and cheese, et cetera. You could really get a full breakfast. Plus, they serve fresh baked cookies, and wine and cheese at 5 pm. Book well in advance because we have tried to get into this hotel many times and only succeeded this year.

The stay at the Banning House Lodge was a great way to unplug. The views were amazing and the bed comfortable. All the staff were great! Warm welcomes and positive attitudes! DESEL, Emma, Samantha, Brynn and Russ all worked together to make our stay special. They effectively managed multiple requests from guests and always had a smile! We loved our stay without devices or TV to distract us from the natural beauty.

GM Russ came through in the clutch when we were in a trying time due to the power being out. His hospitality is truly unmatched. I felt cared for. Thank you Russ. I would recommend staying here to any of my personal friends, family, or acquintances.

Russ is the MVP! Thanks to him and his hospitality, the last night of our trip was a complete success. Seriously, he saved us! I would 100% recommend this place to anybody planning a trip to Catalina. Two harbors is much quieter and more peaceful than Avalon, and Banning House is tucked away in a beautiful little corner of the village. Again, thank you Russ!

Our 1st year anniversary, they gave us complimentary champagne. The room was quiet and clean. They shuttled us often and it was very fast and they felt very happy to help us. Would definitely stay again. .................................

Best cookies and friendliest staff on the island! We stayed here 2 nights to finish off our Trans-Catalina Trail hike. I had misgivings at first, thinking we would manage fine at the campground, but this was worth it. We met so many interesting travelers over breakfast, wine & cheese, and fireside evenings in the library.

Wonderful stay and the staff were exceptional. Quaint, quiet, clean comfy rooms, big bathrooms, and gorgeous views. Breakfast was excellent and I will definitely stay here again. There is also a nice trail near the lodge and walking distance to the harbor (they also have shuttle service)

The staff was AMAZING.. the room were neat and clean with large bathrooms. Quaint property, breakfast room was wonderful. Quiet, calm surrounding with an occasional visit from a beautiful little fox..after hours tea and muffins available.. NICE TOUCH.. Luv this place, we’ll be back!!

We hosted a family reunion of the Banning House and Villa. This was the perfect setting for our event. The hospitality and rooms were excellent. Russ and Simantha were exceptional. They were accommodating and gracious hosts. The entire team is exceptional and we loved our stay! Thank you!
