장점 : - 위치가 완전 좋음. 번화라가 근처에 커피숍, 식당 많고 호텔 바로 옆이 지하철역이라 유용함. 베버리힐즈, 로데오 등 전반적으로 가까움 - 직원들 모두가 매우 친절. 정말 교육을 잘 받은듯 - 5시쯤 체크인 했는데 방 상태 너무 좋았고 깨끗함. 최근 리노베이션해서 전반적으로 깔끔함 - 음식이 퀄리티 좋고 맛있음 단점 : - 디파짓 외에 하루에 강제로 $42(금액 변동 자주 되는듯함)씩 내야함. 크레딧 형태로 강제로 호텔 내, 레스토랑, 바 이용하게 함. 택스랑 서비스 차지 붙으니 샌드위치 하나가 $42 됨 - 트립 닷컴에선 시티뷰라고 더 비싸게 주고 예약했는데 호텔에 물어보니 본인들은 시티뷰 없고 다 빌딩뷰 아님 벽뷰라 했음. 그래서 처음에 벽뷰 룸 받았다가 바꿔달라해서 앞 건물 빌딩뷰로 바뀜. - 위치가 유명 관광지라 거리 대비 uber나 lyft 비용이 다른 지역보다 비쌈. 재방문 의사는 50/50

結婚25周年の記念旅行で利用させて頂きました❣️2回目の宿泊。 娘がホテルにメールで両親のアニバーサリーです！と連絡をしていてくれて。。。お買い物の後部屋に戻ったらホテルからサプライズが‼️流石、W Hotelでした🩷最高の思い出になりました❗️ 素敵な心遣いに感動しました。LAでは、絶対にW Hollywood Hotelをお勧めします！ そして、1階のlobbyも改装し、更にいい感じになってました！

有亞洲人的優惠活動贈送了觀光大巴票，自行車使用，美術館門票🎫 可惜我們因為自駕遊都沒用 但是挺划算的 房間挺乾淨挺大的 注意美國酒店都沒有拖鞋 自己帶一下吧 洗澡水也略小 床蠻軟的 樓上游泳池温水 冬天也可以遊 建議帶條泳褲🩲

Great location in the thick of Hollywood, with just the right amount of homelessness juxtaposing things we see on TV. The room was small, but modern, with perhaps too many gimmicks, but at the same time, if I wanted a toothbrush and toothpaste, all I had to do was ask the front desk. What a dichotomy. Overall, glad I came, prolly' wouldn't return, and that's why it gets an "Average" rating. As the title says: Nothing More, Nothing Less.

Absolutely loved the new look of the W Hollywood! The lobby was just breathtaking with lots of lounge seating and top-notch service upon arrival and check in. Being able to order drinks and bites at the bar after arriving later in the evening was also very convenient. The room was clean and luxurious, with ample seating and charging ports for devices. Will need to come back for a leisure trip to lounge amongst VIPs at the chic and classy rooftop pool. Had an excellent experience overall and would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved this place Rupert and Rickety made friends with little kids from Samoa Jickey and Jalen who had fun at the pool together while me and Edna got massages. My auntie Betty had a great time aswell. Make sure you book early as we payed a kidney and half to stay here.

Noemi at the Welcome Desk is Amazing! She helped me during my stay for my birthday. She made my stay wonderful! She is the best! I love her hospitable service and she goes above and beyond for the guest here. She makes you feel right at home! I 100% recommend this place!
