The Hotel, the employees we interacted with were professional, caring, and respectful. Our room was spotless and we couldn’t ask for more. The valet staff, were very gracious, especially Milton, who couldn’t do enough for us.  The restaurant staff and food were of the highest level and I highly recommend their outdoor dining. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone having appointments at the nearby Ronald Reagan Medical Center.

Convenient location, very helpful and friendly staff, clean facilities, pet friendly, very comfortable beds, functional amenities. Definitely will come back!

The hotel is located right next to the main UCLA campus, which is super convenient especially if you need to visit UCLA often. The room was comfortable and clean, and the reception at the front desk was very friendly and responsive to requests.

Very good choice; all family was happy. Only one negative point, the cost for the car parking, 32 USD (!).

Disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room. The lobby said I had to pay $20 an hour to get a refrigerator.
