The beds are comfortable, but the room service only made one bed instead of both. The room is decent, and I appreciated the self-check-in service. However, the location isn’t ideal for female travelers, as the streets feel unsafe. There’s no free parking, and the coffee at the café on level 1 wasn’t great either.

Great hotel and great value. The area is a little sketch but it's downtown la so you kinda have to expect that. I would totally stay there again

Hotel design was nice and at a convenient location. Room size was comfortable and clean. Showering - water needed quite a while to heat up.

Okey place

Overall service was below average, for being a hotel in DTLA the windows should have a better acoustic isolation you can hear all the noise from the street if you. The room had a smell. Cannot really describe it. Been in the Ace at New York and London and the experience was pleasant. Cannot say the same to LA

ダウンタウンに位置していますが周辺はあまりうるさくないので夜もよく寝られました。シーツやベッドも清潔で快適に過ごせました。

設施：房間不算大，但是還有的還是有，用的東西也挺好。 衞生：不錯的 環境：位置在downtown，去會議中心很近，周邊建築風格古樸。但是臨近街道，晚上1-2小時警車就響一次，睡不太好。 服務：網上辦理check in，全程沒有跟人打交道，但是前台還是有人的，有啥問題還是可以找到人。

在附近的體育館看演出，步行15-20分鐘抵達，這一區域的性價比之選。

到了酒店後，都是需要自助辦理。好不容易辦妥進房間，裏面黑乎乎的感覺是到了可怕平民窟。因為害怕寧可浪費另選其他酒店吧。
