Millennium Biltmore Los Angeles recensioner

A beautiful lobby welcomed us, and we enjoyed a spacious room. The hotel is located near bus stops. One issue I encountered was with the water bottles: I needed to ask the front desk staff for new ones every day.

This hotel is walking to metro station and grand market. Nice grand lobby, wifi and necessary amenities are provided.

There was no early check-in and we only managed to check-in at 3pm though we came 2hrs earlier due to our flight. Hotel rooms and toilet was very clean and spacious. There was an issue with our shower but room service took 20mins to come so that caused a little inconvenience on us. The hotel is in downtown LA too and it’s a walking distance to the Metro and the Grand Central Market but it can get pretty unsafe in the night as there are a lot of homeless people and weird/crazy people on the streets and near the metro.

The beds seem a bit smaller than 4.3 ft. It is too tight for a family of 4. The bellman was very nice but front desk and manager the black guy with mustache were rude when i was telling them it they can check if the measurements are correct. We stayed with 2 senior citizens and it was cramped. Good thing is houskeeping is nice when we requested for extra blankets and slept on the floor instead.

This hotel is more than we are expected. The receptionist is really kind and polite. She welcomed us with amazing smile and explained the hotel well. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the restaurant and cafe there but still good to stay!

This hotel gave me a very negative experience!! At first when I booked it, I was attracted by its grand appearance. However, the rooms inside are actually so bad. Please be reminded that its double bed is extremely small, although I understand they already specified the bed size in the booking. When I asked about it in the front desk, the front desk people replied me “its already double” in a very bad attitude. Also, in the bathroom, there were water leakage and the shower gel was not refilled. When I called the front desk about them, the front desk people had the audacity to tell me “please follow up tomorrow”. Also, when I tried to get only one bottom of water for each family member with me when I got back to hotel, the front desk person was very reluctant to give me with bad attitude, while the water bottles are supposed to be free for each member for each room. Overall, I highly don’t recommend people to book this hotel. It’s horrible and I very regret I superficially got attracted by its grand appearance.

It's cool and very centrally located, however it is in downtown LA which can be sketchy

This is as a very lovely hotel. The room was really nice but didn’t have a USB port for my phone cord. The staff brought me one. So non-issue. The Mr USA contest was going on. FUN! The staff were incredible. I didn’t see any spirits overnight but did have one in the lounge. Love this place

Location is great. Beautiful building, good and clean rooms. Very convenient for a trip to LA and to explore the city. Would love to be back here.

So far the best accommodation I tried in LA. Tremendous lobby, responsive staff. Just a little upset that I encountered some rude Chinese during the breakfast buffet.......
