******* bad service I have never meet. Guaranteed get the laundry service in the morning at 10 o’clock. And I receive it at 2 o’clock. And charge for the late parking fees for their fault I live here for 40 days I was disappointed at all. ****!!!!

Front Desk - Average, they are cool and get their job done, but make me feel that I may have ruined their day (; Bell Desk - Good, much better experience and they are friendly Cleanliness - Good Shower - Excellent, great and consistent hot water pressure Room - Poor Non-stop water pipe running noise from the air-conditioning. Non stop blinking message light on the phone. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10:15 to rush you to check out (check out time 11:00am) Security - Poor. Non hotel guest was allowed to trespass in the lobby and guest lift. Will I stay here again - Probably, for price and location.
