InterContinental - Los Angeles Downtown, an IHG Hotel recensioner

Overall it was ok. The daily venue cost is ridiculous and useless.

Super nice views, friendly staff, and the best location and value for sightseeing in downtown L.A

Everything else was good, except that I didn't go to the breakfast, he charged me $44.9for the breakfast, I didn't even know where the breakfast was, why did he charge me, and I reminded him that I didn't go to the breakfast, and then he didn't give me a bad review.

Not bad. Lobby is beautiful. However rooms are only alright. The sky lobby can be a little annoying and the lighting system at the hotel is not operating as designed there are many issues with the system.

Everything is fine but only valet parking available which cost near USD$70 is extremely expensive, recommend park car to another $10/night parking available 10 minutes walking distance

Location is ok, but the parking take another $68 / night seems expensive. Nice view

Not really like  how I expected very dirty areas around the hotel   Staff are very rude and no good service  Breakfast was very poor

very disappointed, we stay 7 nights, they didn't give us 1 more hour late check out. and we asked 2 rooms in one floor, they didn't give us either. we will not come back again.

Great location and reasonably priced, we staid 3 days before continuing our trip. Rooms are clean and spacious, reception is on the 40th floor, so to get to your room you have to go up first, switch elevator and go down to your room. Sometimes a bit annoying because of the waiting All in all a recommended stay

I got my room upgraded and extended check out time with additional fee. That was a great deal for me at that time. However, it was the start of a big disaster. First, though I paid same fee for two rooms, the conditions were very different. One of the rooms had no big window, no desk, no sofa than the other one. Second, the first two towels were not clean. There were big spotted somethings. So I requested for new ones. Third, the housekeeper sent me new towels and put the towels on the floor in front of my door like rubbish heap, the floor that stepped by everybody with their shoes. I have no idea how I can clean my face and body with such dirty towels again... Fourth, all the time during shower, the water was turned hot and turned cold suddenly, but nobody else was using water at that time. It was so hard to be patient for the babies... Fifth, the door of the shower booth cannot be closed tight. There were 10cm crack between the door. So the water was spreading all over the bathroom. I have to mop the spreaded water by myself all the time for the safety of my babies. Sixth, the worst thing did happen. My baby fell down in the bathroom when he washed his hands and tried to come out because of the wet floor. (Actually it was the second time during my stay of one night.) And he got dirty from the wet floor. We have to clean his hair and body. But we were late for the check out. But we have to clean him, but we had no time, but..but... and the hotel charged me 200 dollars additional fee for my stay for 1 hour. That's all about that I experienced here.

I really love this hotel when I have trip in LA I always stayed at this hotel. the hotel so clean the staff was nice and helpful.

Good location to travel around the city. Parking is expensive USD 63 per night. Good restaurant for meals and high level for city view! Excellent service :)
