I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none. I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed. The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge. Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Very nice place to stay if you are travelling as a couple as the location is good

Located in downtown area, very nice, clean and beautiful room, and great service!

The service at the hotel was impeccable. The rooms are very clean and the location is ideal. It is not too far from Hollywood but it’s in downtown. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel , there staffs, hotel facilities, cleanliness, location, view , room, everything was just perfect, I will give it an 100% , I will definitely be staying there again and oh yes I got a free room upgrade for being an Hilton honors member

Although this hotel seems luxurious from the photos - and I have stayed in many Conrads which are, it just wasn’t. It felt small and crammed in. The room was very basic and the shower wasn’t powerful. It seemed like the room was only good for photo’s but seemed cheap in reality. The rooms were not soundproofed and we heard a couple arguing one night for a while. The sirens from skid row were constant (skid row is only one street away). The breakfast was nice although it arrived cold on both occasions we had it and had to be re-made. This is disappointing as it is a’la carte! In all honesty, would not stay here again.

Noisy sometimes because America has lots of police. But the suite is okay

Amazing and helpfull staff, comfortable, clean, and elegant place to stay, and perfect location with a picturesque view of the Walt Disney Concert Hall opposite. Would love to stay again.
