A clean hotel room. Free breakfast was always chilaquiles which im not a fan of. It was fine. Nice bed slippery shower. Staff was friendly. Close to shopping. Fusion bistro is great. Free parking.very close to 2 retornos and a costco. Its a stress free stay

I was a little worried when we pulled up and noticed the hotel was in a business center. There’s a Bistro, Pharmacy and Office Max below the rooms. We walked in and were greeted by the sweetest front desk staff. The place looked and smelled clean 24/7. Every time we left our room they were mopping the floor or wiping down furniture. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooftop pool is an added plus. There’s a vending machine for snacks but you can buy your own across the street at Costco. Our room didn’t have a fridge or microwave but the front desk staff heated our leftovers up for us in their kitchen. The continental breakfast was really good too. They offered fresh orange juice and green juice. Unfortunately there’s no flavored creamer with the coffee so you’ll have to bring your own or grab some from the store. You can get free passes to use the gym upstairs also. I went one morning and watched a cruise ship pull up while I was on the treadmill. I will definitely stay there again but will book a suite next time so we have a fridge and microwave.

We had a one day stop before departing on a longer excursion to San Ignacio - we wanted to choose something that would be easy, convenient, and inexpensive. The accommodation was decent enough but smelled musty and there was mould in the bathroom. IMPORTANT NOTE Despite being right on the beach this hotel has no beach access and very few food options available- we had to cab to and from Cabo San Lucas which was about 17 USD each way.

Disappointed with this one. I expected more from Holiday Inn, for some reason. The room was very musty. Zero ventilation! Everything felt damp in the room. The ac was ok but not consistent at all. The door didn’t work well at all. It took us many tries to open it with the key card. Frustrating. There was no fridge or microwave! Really annoying. Several of The towels were really, really ratty! Several areas of stucco missing in the bathroom, too. The street noise here is terrible. The pool is ok but the street noise makes it very unpleasant to be out there. All in all, I would definitely not recommend this place. Being part of the IHG brand apparently doesn’t matter much. You would think there would be minimum requirements and standards but this time be missed the mark.

Appreciated the Platinum upgrade to an ocean view room even during a sold-out holiday week, some IHG hotels suck at this. 20-minute walk to the closest beach at the Riu, I’d recommend walking down the dirt road that runs behind the hotel rather than the main highway. Very nice that the rooftop pool was kept heated. Good breakfast buffet. Great deal on points. Overall exceeded my expectations. Definitely try to face the ocean. Zero road noise and a much more pleasant view.

Soy auditora de hoteles y servicio, de verdad me encantó, la chica de cabello chino y lentes en recepción creo se llama Liz, que hermosa atención todos los días, las chicas de las cocinas muy amables y siempre cambian el menú. Mi habitación muy bien, su área de oportunidad es que tienen una vista hermosa desde la alberca y los vidrios alrededor siempre están bien sucios y no se aprecia la vista y no ayuda para las fotos :). Excelente servicio

si bien el lugar no es céntrico, ofrece una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Camas cómodas y buen desayuno. La atención del personal fue amable. Si traes coche la ubicación no representa realmente un problema. Quedamos satisfechos con el lugar

Los cajones fuera de su lugar , las toallas viejas y el servicio deja mucho que desear, huele mucho a humedad , lo único que vale la pena es la ubicación. No parecía buena idea desayunar ahí ya que estaba lleno de gente así que preferimos salir a otro lado a desayunar. Para nada la mejor opción en familia pero era lo disponible
