Hôtel Jeanne d'Arc

This was my first time staying at the hotel. I was very impressed with the speed we were all sorted with our rooms (17 people, some sharing, some alone). Breakfast was continental. Dinner was 3 course and a different surprise each day. We all enjoyed the soups, which were amazing. I would have loved a custard or cream with the flans (but they were still great). The bar was great. The staff were all patient and understanding. They were extremely helpful and made sure that you had what you needed. They made sure daily that everything was fine. I would recommend this hotel, as it was also close to many tourist attractions.

A good hotel where the staff will go above expectation to ensure a positive experience for their guests. There are several things that people would likely find complaint such as the low water pressure/flow in my 6th floor room. Trivial compared to the good air con in the room and the view I got as a bonus. I recommend this hotel, its accessible for the Grotto etc. I've stayed in various hotels in Lourdes over the years. This remains a particular favourite and look forward to coming back next year.

The Staff at this hotel were exceptional , especially Catherine. The food was quite good. As a disabled visitor however, I could not say that access to both the hotel and the bathrooms were good. I was lucky to have people who assisted me in this. On the whole, both the owners and the manager were very helpful to me. I would return to this hotel but only if I had someone with me to access the hotel and the bathroom and showers.

Stayed in the Jeanne D’Ark from 21st July till 28th July. This was the first time we had been back to Lourdes for 5 years because of medical reasons and Covid. The couple we went with knew the owners from previous visits and we were met with a warm welcome and a genuine smile. The whole team , from mangers, waiting staff and cleaners were excellent. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, with walk in showers if requested. The hotel in general was clean and tidy in all areas and two lifts gave access to all 4 floors. The food was fantastic, from the buffet breakfast to Lunch and Dinner we can certainly say we weren’t left hungry. We would certainly recommend a stay in the Jeanne D’Ark if you are visiting Lourdes. There are so many Hotels in Lourdes and it can certainly be hit and miss to get a good or bad one but I if you book here you won’t be disappointed. Thanks to all the staff from Vic and Sarah

I've been to the this hotel 3 times over the last 30yrs , the first year the room was lovely , 10 yrs later the room was very very basic,4 yrs ago room was just ok. Some unfortunate people in our group got awful rooms. Some things remained the same in that 30 yrs- the craic in the bar at night always remained great.Philippe remained a legend of a man and the food remained tragic on all trips. . Some nights we had no idea what we were being served and neither did the servers ,we were on a pilgrimage package but other guests who were not were served premium looking food which I could never understand as we had lots of very sick and dying people with us who needed decent food.

Ho passato quattro giorni in questo hotel con un gruppo di amici. A dispetto di quanto scritto nelle recensioni precedenti, ho trovato le stanze appena ristrutturate (3° piano) e in ordine. Le pulizie venivano effettuate ogni giorno e la biancheria del bagno veniva cambiata quotidianamente. Il ristorante, dove avevamo pensione completa, ci ha sempre offerto cibo di qualità, buono e variato ogni giorno. Il personale, dalla reception alla ristorazione, è sempre stato attento e molto gentile. Mi sento di consigliarlo e se ritornerò a Lourdes, alloggerò sicuramente in questo hotel.
