Unfortunately, I had the worst experience I've ever had with this hotel. I reserved 22 rooms 7 months prior to arriving with a group of 80. I gave them my credit card, license, and was all set to go. 6 weeks prior to leaving, I reached out to my contact to see if there was anything that I needed to do yet, and received nothing in return. I emailed them 3 weeks prior, and received a call 2 days from the person I dealt with and tried to call 6 weeks earlier. They ended up letting me know that they let all of my rooms go and gave them to another group in a matter of 48 hours. I received no heads up or anything about me having to fill or do anything, which I guess I was supposed to but was never notified of it. After this happened, I was hoping they would help fix, compensate, or find something else, and they didn't do anything. I reached out to customer service, was left on hold for 2 hours, was dropped 3 different times, and spoke to 7 different people about the situation, and nothing came from it. An awful way to do business with people. I would not recommend staying at any hotels associated with this place.
