No waiting for an elevator! This condo has stairs only. It is located on the third floor. This unique condo is a 1 bedroom 1 bath and loft. Newly updated offering a King and sofa bed down stairs and a Queen bed in the upstairs loft. Please be aware that the staircase can offer a tight fit. The condominium also offers guests an outdoor area with a meticulously cared for pool and lawn. Next to the pool you will find an outdoor grilling/picnic area available for your cooking adventures. When you enter the property, you will be given a special code to access the condo upon your arrival. You will also be provided with a parking pass, on the entry table when you walk into the condo. The parking pass must be visible on your windshield during your entire stay. IMPORTANT: 5 people maximum. If you have more guests than reflected on your reservation, we will have to ask you to leave - no refund. This booking is a NO PETS property.
