I was visiting Dumbarnie Links just up the coast and this proved a perfect stopover. Like many of the reviews, I can only echo the sentiment of this B&B. The location is stunning, a very quiet part of a quiet town right on the beach - plus visiting in February meant that you really feel like you’re experiencing a part of life in Lower Largo. Matt is a genuine and kind host and you do feel welcome and part of a small community. There is a sea swimming group every morning which I’m sure Matt would get you involved with, I just watched! I had a sea view room and you can hear the waves. Lovely room with a powerful shower! Breakfast was whatever you requested (I had perfect poached eggs) and included an enjoyable conversation with Matt, as I was on my own. This is what makes B&B different from a hotel and this is a delight. Many thanks.

Stayed here for two nights and could not fault it. We had a lovely big room which was warm and very comfy bed. Amazing shower. The real gem of seascape is Matt who was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was so nice with lots of choice and everything fresh. Great produce and cooked really well. We will definitely return.

This was a real gem of a find. The accommodation is lovely, right by the beach in a delightful, quiet village. Matt is a perfect host, communication was great throughout and he produced a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to explore the area.

Friendly host, fabulous setting and a most comfortable room. Room had an extremely comfy bed with all you could need including great shower, fluffy towels, nice toiletries, tea and coffee making etc. Great view over the Forth. Breakfast choice good and catered well for vegetarian. Highly recommended for a short stay in a beautiful tranquil village. Free parking very near to B and B. 20 mins from St Andrews on a decent road. Great pub/Hotel, The Crusoe serving tasty food (you need to book really especially if a weekend). Staff friendly and welcoming, menu a little pricey but well worth it. Thankyou, Matt, we hope to return sometime 😊

Fabulous 5 nights here. Matt is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pre ordered by day (so you can change your mind) and is fab!!! Plenty of TCMF, shampoo , shower gel, hairdryer in room. Free WiFi. Parking is at Temple Car park (sat night will get you there no probs). Seascape is on the Fife Coast Path, we did a beautiful walk from the b n b to Elie and got the bus back. We were lucky weather wise as it was sunny and 17/18/19 degrees every day. Many thanks to Matt for having us and hello to Freya & Buster

This B&B is beautiful, such a special location and Matt is a great host. If you want somewhere special this is it! Delicious local produce breakfasts, spotlessly clean rooms, such a comfortable stay. Highly recommend. The scallops at The Crusoe nearby are fantastic. Definitely be back to this beautiful gem of a place.

This lovely B and B exceeded our expectations. Comfortable room with every amenity and a wonderful shower. Delicious full breakfast with a view to the gorgeous Lower Largo Beach outside the window. Our kind host Matt is a resident of this property and little village and can see to your every request.

Absolutely lovely B&B in a perfect location. I can only reiterate what other reviews have said. Matt is a wonderful host providing a first class service. It was lovely to chat after breakfast, which was delicious. Gluten free & vegetarian options provided so thank you.. Wouldn't hesitate to return and hopefully will soon.. Thank you Matt for your hospitality.

Just spent an absolutely wonderful week at the Seascape. From start to finish a lovely break. My husband and I arrived to a lovely Welcome from Matt our host. (Matt can't do enough for you). The bedroom was large, with a large comfortable bed, and a beautiful sea view over the beach. The breakfasts were to die for, with more than ample choice and cooked to perfection. To top it all,the weather was perfect. So if you are looking for the best place to stay within reach of most locations in the Fife area Seascape should be your choice. Credit to you Matt. Also,for the best eateries. We would recommend. The Upper Largo Hotel. The food is superb.
