Love staying at this premier inn
The staff are great ‘ if you pushed me on the only negative , the breakfast is always a little chaotic . Nothing against the staff ,they do there best but the hotel is great ..

Foul smell in the hotel the fire doors where all open and lots of carpets on the ground floor got replaced i guess it was a drain issue but could not get a straight answer from reception. The smell was in the upstairs rooms most of the week had the leave the window open most of the time

The bed was very spacious and comfortable. We both slepted very well. We had a good breakfast in the beefeater foxburrox restaurant. We had a cooked breakfast that kept us full during the day. We will be returning to Premier Inn in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here in a family room during half term in May, we was at the back looking out at trees not the car park which was nice. It was quiet and just what we wanted. It was clean shout-out to the housekeepers who do a great job. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was great too.

Very annoying to find out when booking in that even after ringing the hotel in advance explaining we needed a accessible room near to reception as both my wife and my have severe mobility problems our room was nowhere near reception ,also the restaurant and toilets really need attention very tired and not welcoming at all

Had a great stay, as to be expected with premier inns. Aby on reception went above and beyond for us when we were not able to eat at the beefeater she kindly booked us a table elsewhere and also the taxi. very kind staff will be returning. Only downside to the hotel is having no lift, as my wife didn't pack light (as always) and therefore had to lug everything up the stairs.

Stayed here beginning of the easter half term. Very inviting staff at the hotel, reception and housekeeping!!! Room was at the back of the hotel overlooking some lovely trees/forest area. We didn't eat at the restaurant as I stay with premier Inn for work so wanted to venture and explore the local area. Asked reception for recommendations and was happy with the results.

Friendly and helpful staff. Interacted with my children and gave them bubbles on check in. This made my son's day after a long journey. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was quick and tasty. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area

The room was fine but unfortunately the air con was on all night and was very noisy with a humming sound, we could not turn it off, do not book room 132, not sure if it was just our room and the generator was above our door, also we could not open our window so if there was a fire outside our door we were stuffed
