I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Its location near the river was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast served at the river was a highlight—delicious and scenic. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The location is nearby to riverside, walking distance to night market which deserve the praise , but the building is a antique feature with mostly wooden structure. The breakfast is a walking distance and beside Mekong river.

It's in a perfect location. They offer everything from laundry to motorcycles rental. They checked us early. Breakfast was good The only problem for us was sound isolation. You can hear everything from other rooms

There was a cockroach in the toilet. Almost stepped on it. No dustbin and table in the room. Aircon not powerful, lucky has a ceiling fan. Breakfast area was across the street. Was misled by the hotel photo and mistaken that the hotel was beside the Mekong River, in which it was not.

The stay was overall very good, except for one detail, the owner has 2 hotels, so instead of staying in the booked hotel, we were told to stay at the Amata guest house, which is kinda in front of it, but still we were a little bit surprised by the decision.

Beautiful Lao-Thai wooden houses, large room, huge bathroom. No restaurant, for breakfast you walk to the edge of the river for a buffet, nice view. People helpful, yet with limited command of English (and none of French). Wooden houses, you should know, are not soundproof, so it is either the road or the neighbours, never silent. And windows are nor hermetic, so beware mosquitoes in season

Room is small, and noisy , the bed is not comfortable , the counter not allow to cancel the motorbike rental even we only use for 1.5 day but we book for 3 days. Breakfast is too simple

Our second stay in this Villa. We loved the experience, and liked the design of the room. Everyplace in the center is walkable from here. Also the morning ceremony can be watched from the location. I’d definitely stay again.

Ok place to stay. Rooms are pretty average. Clean but a bit old. Prices for offered tours and transport to railway station seemed a bit higher than in the shops around.

Pleasant place by the Mekong, at the quiet end of town..

The receptionist is really helpful. The hotel located near the tourist spots.
