Choasis Hotel foton

That's very bad experience about this hotel i alway went to many hotel in luang prabang. My dior sunscreen it cost about 5000฿ was lost in my room i ask reception and cleaning (maid) they said that was my fault .Even i didn't put make up room tag on the door but they came in for clean. That's was very bad feeling ever.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel is how it should be. But there is always room for improvement. The breakfast is ok, but I would like to have some more bread to choose from and also ham and cheese. The bed are labelled "extra soft" but to me it's much too firm 🤷♂️

I recently stayed at Choasis in Luang Prabang, and it was truly fantastic. The hotel is brand new and the quality of everything – from the rooms to the decor – was top-notch. Located in a very peaceful part of the city, it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. Francis, the manager, was amazing and went out of his way to make my stay memorable. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of options, and the food from the restaurant was incredible – the Thai chef really knows how to create great flavors. I highly recommend Choasis to anyone visiting Luang Prabang!

臨時改訂這家酒店，非常滿意的一次預訂，酒店位置合適，很安靜，提供接駁巴士，但步行也可以到洋人街、普西山和夜市。房間非常乾淨、隔音也很好，設施也很齊全，早餐精緻。這個價位很令人滿意了。

設施： 1、希望店家改善淋浴熱水不穩定問題； 2、淋浴間缺少自備用品得置物架； 上述兩點建議整改 衞生：OK的 環境：很OK，安靜不吵； 服務：服務人員不算多，在我們入住那個狀態下還OK。店家提供接送洋人街得服務，需要提前加店家的微信或預留電話；早餐還不錯的。

酒店答應用酒店車載我去一個小景點，那天正巧遇到一個法國人退房，酒店幫法國人行李優先送，正巧遇法國人退房酒店幫法國人拿行李，都是法國人優先。這裏麪耽誤了半個小時。感覺到一種種族歧視，因為本人作為中國籍旅客退房時候並沒有幫忙拿行李。買的動車票是中午一點半開，跟老撾本土司機約好12點半坐車，結果退房檢查房間酒店突然説飲料要收費（這個在入住前和入住期間都沒有説飲料和薯片要額外收費（這在之前住的五星級酒店沒有遇到這種情況），幾瓶飲料和幾罐薯片去掉80塊人民幣）並且收飲料費時間約15分鐘耽誤了今日中午坐動車的黃金時間。衹能另改動車票和去的地方。酒店早餐是豐盛的，衞生乾淨，外部環境好，但音樂是從早上11點播放到晚上11點。沒有顧及客人的感受。

📍서비스 호텔 도착하면 지배인이 와서 짐들고 방까지 안내 도와줍니다. 전체적으로 친절하고 요청사항 있을시 호의적인 편입니다. 📍편의시설 시내까지 툭툭 서비스 제공되는데 꼭!이용하세요. 진짜 알짜배기로 편합니다. 수영장 이용은 따로 안했는데 가족, 연인끼리 들어가서 놀기는 괜찮은 사이즈입니다. 📍조식 간단한 뷔페식+주문식 누들식사1가지로 배불리 먹을 수 있습니다. 메뉴가짓수가 엄청 많은 것은 아니지만 대체로 깔끔하고 퀄리티가 좋은편이니 디저트는 꼭 즐겨보세요.

很棒，老撾第二次來了，以後還會定這裏，前台有中文服務，酒店有免費接駁車，早餐也不錯，服務人員態度很好，房間也很舒服，泳池簡直酷
