Merry Riverside Hotel recensioner

Den övergripande upplevelsen var bra, men jag hade hoppats på att avbryta den på grund av förändringen i resplanen. Men efter att ha kommunicerat med Ctrip var hotellet väldigt långsamt att svara, och avbokningen lyckades inte till slut, så jag var tvungen att stanna. Läget är också bra, rummet är mycket stort och rent. Det rekommenderas att meddela i förväg om det finns några ändringar i resplanen när du bokar detta hotell. Jag gillar hans restaurang mycket. Landskapet vid floden är mycket bra.

Det ligger nerför en gränd utanför huvudgatan, så det finns inget trafikbuller. Det känns rent eftersom man tar av sig skorna vid entrén. Det finns mycket att välja på till frukost. Handdukshängaren i badrummet är i ett besvärligt läge.

Checking in was quick. The staff was nice and friendly. But the room I choice wasn’t matched but generally is fine.

Nice boutique hotel. If you choose the river view room, you will have a good view. Room is a bit small but clean enough. Staff can speak English and very helpful. Breakfast is decent.

I would REALLY recommend this hotel! It has a great location-close to everything, yet you can enjoy peace and quiet. The view is fantastic: you can watch the river flow and the sun rise in the morning. It's pristinely clean, the breakfast is delicious and has a great variety. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.

Based on google map, the lane to this hotel is wrong. So i had to walk a bit after my taxi dropped me off at the wrong location. The staff at reception, Wan and Lo (sorry for wrong spelling) are absolutely wonderful. Pleasant and polite especially the male staff. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and bathroom huge with beautiful floor tiles. The only negative experience i had was at breakfast, when i asked a female staff which food had meat - i only take Halal or vegetarian food - and was told the spring rolls were vegetarian. When i bit into it, there was meat inside!! That was extremely upsetting for me!! Suggestion- place labels at the serving dish to indicate vegetarian dishes or otherwise. There are many Europeans who are vegetarians too so it will be useful to have such labels. Rooms should have a chair in it for those who want to do work at the tv counter.

This is an excellent clean and very quiet hotel right on the river, close to the old city. It is very well managed and very friendly. The breakfast was OK - surprisingly bad coffee, but the manager told me they will soon have a new espresso machine! I would also like to see muesli/oats and cereals for breakfast, these were lacking, but plenty of breakfast options around. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The breakfast place is located fronting the river! Plus factor and it's beautiful! However, this time there is an ongoing construction as an extension of the hotel and it's a bit noisy during daytime.
