The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom; the additional two bedrooms each include a queen bed. The hallway bathroom has a bath/shower combo and tons of counter space. The house has WiFi and a 55” Roku tv in the living area with views from the kitchen and dining table. The front room can be used as an extra sleep space and includes a comfortable queen slumber air sleeper sofa and blackout drapes. There is a barbecue and sitting areas for you to enjoy the spacious backyard. No parties allowed, no exceptions. Please give advance notice of any extra day visitors or any additional overnight guests (not exceeding 8 people) No pets due to allergies. Please notify host of any damages.
