Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport recensioner

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

Near functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lucknow, and while it has a promising location near the airport, unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel is well-built, but the lack of cleanliness and hospitality makes it far from a pleasant stay. We checked in around 10:30 PM and were initially assigned rooms that were far from up to standard. To our surprise, they were on a smoking floor, which we didn’t request. After raising the issue, they did move us to another floor, but the new room wasn’t much better. The cleanliness was subpar – there were food crumbs, residue on the table, and leftover trash on the floor, including pom poms, lentils, and clothing tags from previous guests. The blankets were visibly dirty as well. Despite the disappointing room conditions, I’ll give credit to the fact that the hotel is freshly built, and the location is convenient for those traveling to or from the airport. The breakfast spread was also quite good, which is a redeeming factor. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially from a brand like IHG. It’s hard to consider this hotel as part of the IHG family when it fails to meet basic cleanliness standards. I strongly feel that the hotel needs a proper audit and closer inspection from headquarters to ensure better management and guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

This is the only one hotel that I use to stay in Kanpur. So far so good, beside the bed too soft for me.

I just loved the environment and calmness over there. This property is one of the finest in whole Lucknow. Ambience, rooms, pool area and dining hall everything is so mesmerising. Overall a good hotel to visit.

I like Hosiyari's nature and I like well mantain manegement and specific, balanced, and honest, highlighting both the positives and negatives of a stay. Mention specific features like clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent amenities, and a great location If there are any downsides, mention them briefly and constructively, such as limited breakfast options or a slightly noisy location.Comment on the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, and mention specific instances of good service. The food was exceptional, the staff attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a cozy evening.

Great service experience. They have a large spread with a wide variety to choose from. The team did a splendid job to ensure that I had a great dinning experience! Will surely recommend this place for both stay and dining. One of the better holiday inns for sure.

Breakfast was really nice. Had a lot of variety. Special thanks to Chandrima and team for looking after us. The combination of Indian and continental bf has given us an unforgettable experience. Have been to a lot of places and IHG hotels but this one really stands out in terms of breakfast and overall hospitality.

Hotel is at very near the Hotel, easy excess. Nice roof top cafe and swimming pool is very pretty Narayan ( Floor executive) is very Humble and polite. Excellent service House keeping is on point everything is near and clean, regularly replenished
