Overall a good clean hotel with friendly staff

Kitchen manager was very bad . Full of religious. He was Muslim . Terrible experience

Well appointed modern rooms, superb buffet breakfasts, a gourmet Chinese restaurant, relaxing & spacious Spa and personalised service, all make for a wonderful holiday here! Loved the tasty banana pancake made by Chef Sanjay and the Ragi Poha in Desi Ghee cooked by Soni, served smilingly by Harshit. Chef Ujjawal’s asian pepper sauce and mango & chia seed dessert was out of the world at China House! The swimming pool has a great ambience with palm trees and crisp, clear water. I enjoyed it twice a day!

Staff were helpful and courteous. Rabina Shayari and all others were very sweet. Best wishes to all! There was a cricket match so the team was very busy and our room took some time to vacate but finally we got it! The front desk needs little More experienced staff to guide guests.

My 1.5-month stay at Grand Hyatt Lucknow was truly a home away from home. The hotel exceeded expectations in every department—stay, ambience, security, food, and hospitality. It’s rare to find such consistency over a long duration, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for luxury and comfort in Lucknow. Rating: 10/10

This was my first visit to Hyatt Regency Lucknow after signing corporate special rates—thank you, Nitu, for your professionalism and for helping me save my hard-earned money. Special thanks to Vaishnavi, my "Sankat-Mochan," who magically secured my booking for 15th–17th November when all other channels were closed. She also remembered my anniversary and arranged a beautiful cake-cutting surprise with Sheesh, Riddhi, and Akansha, making it a truly unforgettable experience. Check-in was seamless, thanks to Sheesh for ensuring my favorite room (203) was ready early. At Rocca, the food gets better every day—kudos to Chefs Ravi, Bheem, Tarun, and especially Chef Harshit, whose heartfelt preparations turn every meal into a soulful delight. The service team, led by Anoop, works flawlessly; special thanks to Swamy Ji, Puneet, Sachin, Anurag, Brijesh, Shiva, Aditya, Rabeena, Gita, Ruchi, Santosh, and Okali for their teamwork and hospitality. The pool and gym staff, guided by Punit, excel in customer care, with Rahul as a fantastic swimming coach. Housekeeping, under Kumail, ensures rooms are spotless and fragrant—special thanks to Raja, Sudhir, Ujjal, and Sandeep. The travel desk team (Pawan, Mahendra, and Asha) was always helpful with smiles to match. Finally, I must commend the General Manager, whose leadership clearly inspires the entire staff. This stay was an absolute delight, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Bed n pillows are good, dining staff Lokesh, Shiva, Harshit, Anandi, Gita are excellent. The hotel will make sure to fulfill requests. But the downside is the hotel is smaller compared to other hyatts and stay packed with official and business clients. The outcome is elevators runs slow n not adequate. Otherwise excellent stay.

Dining at Rocca was a highlight, where Chef Harshit and his team delivered an exceptional culinary experience with dishes that were both flavorful and beautifully presented. The breakfast spread was equally impressive, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance made for a truly rejuvenating stay. Quick and responsive. Good room service. Elaborate breakfast and dinner. Pool experience was good. Enjoyed our stay with family. Tanushree was absolutely fantastic & considerate. Helped us out with i ok ur daughter and arranged for breakfast goodies for our journey.

Worst hotel ever. The staff is highly unprofessional, rude and money minded. I would like specifically mention Anandi who was the server at the restaurant, she was one of the worst person I have ever come across. Overall the staff is unapologetic.
