Good hotel location.. But rooms need renovation. There was paint peeling of the wall. Rest service is good.

The hotel is nice ***** with a cooperative staff that assists you round the clock. The check-in and check-out were quick. Great hygiene, the room was spacious and well lit and the bathroom was well maintained.

All was good. Make up room indicator wasn't working. They didn't make room till I alerted them - breakfast many items.

Excellent food loved the biryani. Thankyou Sumit from FNB , to serve us well. The noodles were also nice. Courteous polite staff. Neat clean restaurant. The menu was extensive and had varied dishes.The Rajasthan food festival was also worth trying .

Had booked for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow and it was an amazing experience which will be cherished for a lifetime. Right from the airport pickup till the return journey, assistance of all the staffs were truly exceptional. The way they pamper their guests and cater all their needs is highly appreciable. One can experience authentic hospitality from here. Room was clean, cosy and since we were there for our honeymoon, Subhash and his team went extra mile and beautifully decorated the room. My heartfelt thanks to Subhash and team. I would also like to thank Samad from the reception and Amit from the kitchen for taking care of our preferences. The property is highly recommended to everyone and will be back soon.

The staff was really polite and helpful They were really attentive specially on breakfast service .A server name AMIT was very kind and lovely.The rooms were clean and spacious compare to a lot of other hotels in town which have small rooms . The housekeeping staff is also nice

Hotel is situated in a premium location. Most importantly, housekeeping services are very very good. Specially Nishu housekeeping staff is taking care of guests in a very humble and respectable way. She is always helpful. Breakfast has plenty of options. Reception check-in was really smooth and overall staff of Hotel are very cooperative and supportive, only parking area is less which I feel with the new building in place will be resolved, in the Hotel although, free wallet service is available. All in all hotel is very, very good. I would rate 4.5 out of 5.

Stay was very comfortable and timely maintenance daily. The ambience was perfect. Especially housekeeping team comprising Nishu, Ashutosh and Aradhana made our stay very comfortable with their hospital and care The location of Hilton at gomti nagar is also convenient for guests and would highly recommend to others to try out this hotel too

Had been to lucknow recentky for an official tour and stayed in Hilton Garden @ Gomti Nagar. The room was Spacious, comfortable and clean.bedsheets and Towels were clean. Food was amazing with Good spread in both Veg & Nonveg items, courteous staff. Highly recommended.
