Their service is pathetic. It used to be a good hotel but after breaking ties with Cygnett it has become extremely poor and unprofessional. They are charging the same for a buffet but has reduced the buffet items to less than 50% or even more. The rooms are smelly and washrooms have seepage having bad smell.

Bad food and worst service by staff and parking staff is so bad, they will park your vehicle by road side and if any damage happens, they will blame you instead of taking responsibility, over all not good at all and will never recommend to this hotel.

The hotel overall is ok but don’t keep very high expectations in terms of the amenities you going to get. No swimming pool, gym location is not great as it’s connected with the Salon, average food with minimal buffet spread. The best part was the location which is close to the airport and with metro connectivity makes it really convenient. The Silver lining was the staff behaviour, thanks to Prateek Dwivedi, the Sales Mgr in offering a comfortable stay and special words for Santosh Singh, the Front Desk Mgr who really went a step ahead and took pain in offering whatever best possible for its guests. Possibly that could be the reason if I choose this property again.

Cygnett Lucknow airport, location was fantastic, room was spacious a living room area flanked by the 2 rooms on each side , place was clean, nandlal & manisha were friendly, breakfast was great, water pressure was strong and water heater worked well."

The pillow covers were torn, the property was stinking, the corners were never cleaned, and it seems the tables were never cleaned. The rooms had a strong odor. The property team needs to be highly responsive to such requests. They were aware that the guest would be arriving, yet we had to wait for almost an hour just to complete the paperwork. Additionally, the room change took another 30 minutes. There was no courtesy shown to travelers who expect a smooth check-in and a better stay experience

The hotel offers very professional hospitality services for each and every guest. Very near to Lucknow airport. Price wise very affordable and good value for money. Their food is really great and the food portion they serve is more than usual so just keep yourself away from ordering more and then leave. You will love the chinese food here. I am a vegetarian so do not know about non-veg. options

I recently stayed at Cygnet Hotel in Lucknow, and my experience was disappointing. The room I was given was poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and tear. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the fittings needed urgent repairs. It was clear that the room had not been used for a long time and lacked basic upkeep. I have noticed a pattern with Make My Trip bookings—hotels often provide old and neglected rooms to MMT customers, which is unfair. Guests who book directly seem to get better-maintained rooms, while online booking customers are treated as an afterthought. "Jaise kutte ko bachi roti milti hai, vaisi hi Make My Trip walo ko room milti hai." If you’re booking through MMT, be prepared to receive a room that feels like a leftover. I hope the hotel management and MMT take customer satisfaction seriously and improve their service.

We had a family function here for 3 days.Guests were very happy with food, hospitality and service.Staff is dedicated and professional fully committed.The owner and senior management is always at the ground to support the guests.At the end the prices are very much affordable.
