The check in was smooth and staff courteous. The room was clean and definitely worth more than what i had to pay. The best thing is the convenient location

Hotel location is very convenient and walking distance to charbagh railway station. Room condition was good for the 4 bedded room, it was clean and bathroom was clean too. All required amenities was provided and staff was attentive too. But the towels were not changed during the stay.

I had an excellent stay at nirmal palace. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was also convenient for exploring the area. I look forward to returning in the future! thank you for the wonderful experience!

Room was clean enough but the sheets could have been cleaner. Also the washroom door would not close otherwise a good review for a single night stay

Walking distance from charbagh railway station, nice staff. Should have been more clean, otherwise fine.
