The service was great and all the staff was really welcoming and helpful. We got a complimentary upgrade due to the birthday of my girlfriend, they even gave her a happy birthday little cake which was highly appreciated The overall experience was amazing.Value for money hotel at perfect location..staff was very co-operative, everything was awesome best to best...10 out of 10

I have visited this hotel while travelling with my friends, the rooms are smelly and damp, the bedsheets and bathrooms are disgusting. Moreover, the receptionist was unhelpful, managers and owners are unreachable. Extremely disappointed.
