Renaissance Lucknow Hotel recensioner

It was great staying in this hotel. The staff were some of the best I’ve come across – so polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was nice, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The overall experience felt warm and welcoming, making it a place I’d definitely recommend to others.

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service demanded. It's a place worth coming again...

Hotel is exceptionally good. The view from the room is also very good.

Everything is great except the staff at reception.they r not welcoming and rude .they dnt understand the value of customer…they need to change their attitude towards customer.

This property is ok not so good not so bad.

It’s good business hotel and food is outstanding. I got excellent service due to Aditi and Rubaida. I requested Chef for some changes in few dishes which he did very well according to my taste. I really appreciate when guest request is understood well be hotel staff. Highly recommended if you are traveling to Lucknow for business or leisure .

We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Lucknow. The staff were super friendly and made our trip memorable. The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. So far our best stay in India. Thank you , Thank you , Thank you soo much.

Exceptional I would like to share my experience amazing staff very kind cooperative attentive food quality quantity taste is good the pool bar is an awsome place to chill with ur frnds rooms are spacious and very tidy n maintained I would also love to stay n visit this place At sky bar the staff are really polite and hard workers thy do care aditya he is so so kind person I met I was traveling alone he made sure abut food quality was satisfactory n kept chking he is amazing he deserves a star thanks will cya you guys soon again oh even the bartender was awesome person My stay was really great thx a lot

I recently organised a conference , and it was fantastic! The staff ( Farhan , bibhor , Nitin , Rajesh ) was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious, with a great variety that catered to everyone’s tastes. Overall, I highly recommend hotel Renaissance for any event—truly a memorable experience!

The whole experience is perfect , saksham in the restaurant and miss rubiada make my experience very nice . They are amazing and kind ,always there to serve and assist .so much loveeee♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️. The food is amazing ,service and the whole crew ❤️
