Good hotel - value for money
food - very good with minimum of of oil & spices
Room service - is fast & staff is cordial & well behaved
Overall ambiance of the hotel is very impressive

A good hotel where I have stayed twice for 14 days and 18 days, but, 2 years apart. Earlier in 2020, it was a new hotel with few problems but the staff and the Head of the Departments were good and would make you comfortable in the existing scenarios. Now, the last time visit was full of pleasure. The restaurant got better, the housekeeping got better, the basement parking got better and the whole experience was better. They even got Lord Of The Drinks on their terrace. Overall, a good stay. Will definitely return.

It is very nice hotel and service is good. It can be avail by you all. Location of this hotel is at the heart of Lucknow and can move from here to any other places. Metro station is near by this hotel and can be taken. This hotel is located near Ram Krishna madh and food is good

Very well maintained hotel with great hospitality by Mr Umesh. The food was extremely tasty and well prepared. Our stay at The Regnant was very comfortable. The rooms were extremely tidy and the washroom was well maintained by the team. The team is very friendly and hospitable

overall an amazing experience great ambience, staff and service situated at a good location….. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there some might find it a little tight.. Really nice breakfast spread. Only downer is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Today I came to the restaurant.............. because today I had a fast, so I could not eat anything today, so I asked for fruit and lassi from the waiter Arnav......... Even though there was no fruit or lassi in the menu today, Arnav still arranged for fruit and lassi for me... Arnav's behavior is very pleasant, cheerful and helpful... I am completely satisfied with his service. Satisfied, his nature is very nice, such a person is very nice to your restaurant and to the customers….thank you.

Arnav And Abhishek Shukla's service is very satisfactory. These person are fulfill all requirements with in time. These are well manner and behave is gentle. These are also aware about coupon system initiated by company. Food quality and other things are very good........

During our 10 days stay at the Regnant Hotel, we had a mixed experience. The property is well-maintained and offers a pleasant environment, and the food served was delightful. The staff, in general, were friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to the overall experience. However, my interactions with the Front Desk and Management staff were disappointing. They were not cordial and, at times, quite rude, which detracted significantly from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Improving their approach to guest service could make the Regnant Hotel a truly exceptional place to stay. There are better options in Lucknow we shall not be going back
