Just Wow!
I had recently stay at keys by lemon tree hotel, ludhiana
Everything was so perfect.
All staff is very nice and friendly.
Front office was too good and give the best services to the guest.
Always smile on face.
Specially thanks to Ms.Anu and Mr.Keshav both are from front office and both guys behavior is too good.
Food was very tasty.
Room is very neat and clean.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms were dirty and smeely . I asked them to change they do changed it but even than it was not satisfactory. It was giving foul smell

Walkin price of hotel charged us 7k , over all hotel is budget

Very terrible waste of money. They are charging 5000 but not for 1000 staff members are cooperative. Food is also not suffice and not hygiene.

Rooms were nice and clean, room services were top notch but we were made to change rooms a few times, which was irritating.

Property is overrated and don’t know how is it MMT value stay 4 star property. Room was not cleaned, amenities are provided only after multiple follow-up. Complementary breakfast with 2/3 items only. In winter season Instead of proper hot water lukewarm warm water was available in bathroom.

Was on a solo business trip. Helpful staff. Neat and clean room. Had all the essential amenities. Location is easy to find on the main road.

Totally bad experience worst room no amenities am checked in late evening around 11 pm after check in the whole room was empty am called for towel then called for basic amenities then called for tv is not working no remote then no towel on washroom no slipper nothing room front office receptionist are rude dnt no how to talk and ***** with their is lot of noise abuse language are coming from other room this hotel only for people who want to drink in the room and create noise he is dhawa type hotel

The hotel staff and front desk are very poor, they start calling by 10 clock in morning for check out
