Relaxing Mountain Setting w/Private Hot Tub, 5 Minutes to Okemo. Pet Friendly!

Terrible Host, Snowed-In Nightmare – Wouldn't Recommend! We stayed here for a ski vacation, and while the house was fine and the location was great, the host made the experience unbearable. Upon arrival, we found 5 feet of snow blocking the front door (not an exaggeration), and the entire driveway was covered in a foot of snow, which ended up getting our car stuck. We had to manually push it out. When we called the host, she was rude and unhelpful, yelling at us and accusing us of lying. After we sent proof, she reluctantly agreed to send someone to plow, but continued to blame our inability to get into the house and park in the driveway on "Mother Nature" and refused to apologize.The snow had clearly been there for days and was frozen, showing it hadn’t been cleared as claimed. Instead of offering help, the host tried to kick us out late at night with no other place to go. We ended up shoveling ourselves for an hour to get inside, and the hot tub, a big reason for booking, was inaccessible due to the snow.Eventually, a plow came, but the host’s unprofessional, disrespectful behavior was inexcusable in addition to her utter lack of property management. She never apologized for the inconveniences we faced, and her lack of empathy made this stay miserable. Furthermore, the house’s heaters were poorly placed, leaving the bedrooms cold and without access to the heat. We won’t return and wouldn’t recommend this property.

Excellent! We really enjoyed the space. Fireplace, hot tub. Easy drive down the hill into town and to Okemo. Would stay again!
